es - don't know if u can take this so check with ur doctor as obviously I don't know ur meds, but valerian helps me to sleep it's a root herb which u can put in tea/ drinks or have in a tablet form can be bought from holland and barrets, only bad thing thou is it knocks me out so a war could go off and i wouldn't know. don't know if it would have the same effect for you.

Actually I'm cheating because her birthday was last Sunday, we just delayed the party. She was born at 9.15 on April 10th, the day of the Good Friday agreement

But for a week they would have been twins!

she calls your life "a cup"?! how bizarre. Glad you're feeling a bit better today. This is probably trivialising everything but don't you think everything is so much harder when it's dark and grey and raining outside. Sun came out before and stuff seems easier (well a bit)!
