hey cvq....

don't worry about last night...let it go, and try on continue on the up.

you have come miles in the last week...it doesn't mean you'll never have bad days...of course it doesn't, but you must see how very very good you've been, and how those baby steps have got you alllll this way.

go back to doing baby steps and get through the bad days and nights my sweet...its fine to have bad days...everyone does, even the most balanced and strong people have wobbley times...

thinking of you and hoping that you can still see the sun through the clouds. xxxx

Morning lovely girl, hope you are feeling a bit more "on the up" again this morning, sorry you were unhappy last night.

DH was yesterday (and will be some of today) fixing someones computer which means that he needs to hook it up to this one (pc upstairs) and DS1 will be on the laptop doing homework like yesterday. I will hop on and off as much as I can to see if you are about, but DS is not the fastest one with homework, we had a few tears off him yesterday and last night.

Keep smiling and I hope we will speak soon.

xxx

Blips are normal...everybody has them!!!!

The fact that you were able to recognise it and deal with it shows how strong you are xxx

differentID · 29/09/2008 00:59

YOU ARE NOT A CRAP MUM. You would be a crap mum if you only thought about yourself- but you always think abput what's best for J. That is a good mum.
