morning.i got a bit more sleep lastnight.god knows how but i did.
and yes you could be right psycho about holding a arms length although i want nothing more than for my mum to really let out whatever shes holding back from me.it makes me feel i have to hold back to a certain extent which you know i dont do well.
shes not letting me in as much as im struggling to let her in.
my emotions are so strong right now i think she actually finds me a little scary at times.

im scared stiff about today.about her reactions if any to what im going to go through again today.i have visions of lots of silence.but im ready today to face this again.i want this badly.and if she cant cope then ill just have to accept that and soldier on.

psycho......sun moon and stars xxx

Thank you for putting on a prayer request.
I gather the appointment is in the afternoon? I'll send Psycho a text and she can forward it if you like.
Every blessing, you go with our prayers and the help of the Lord.

i have slept on and off all afternoon.i am drained but have let a lot out today so feel a little lighter if that makes sense.

am here now feeding

differentID · 05/09/2008 19:06

I'm glad you're feeling a little less weighed down. It's a feeling of being more at peace with yourselfisn't it? Feeding is going better?

bythepowerofgreyskull · 05/09/2008 19:07

Sounds like a wierd thing to say but I am so proud of you. Letting things out is so important, ifyou don't they will eat you up.

Good that you have had some rest this afternoon, has tiktoks advice given you some help with J and his headbutting?

stick with it hon, you will get there in the end.

Habbibu · 05/09/2008 19:09

Oh bloody well done you. I am quite bursting with pride. Take it easy now, darling - let what you've done settle down, and give it all time to sink in a bit. God, you're just brilliant - you really are.

needsupport · 05/09/2008 19:16

i have this strange sense of calm tonight although i think that is mostly exhaustion.

im feeling a little bit proud of me aswell and also of my mum because although she was flustered and not that calm she coped with me.

js had a few bottles this afternoon as ive just been so very tired so mum sorted him out.but im here now feeding him and he is totally relaxed.i think he senses my calm.
