Anyone know how CvQ is today? Has she been in touch with anyone?

She was in a bad way in the early hours of this morning, has anyone had any contact with her at all today? Am quite worried about her.

any chance of another hot chocolate? Did you manage to eat something today? I don't want to sound like a nagging mum but you do need to eat something to keep your nutrient levels up - lack of certain nutrients can impact quite heavily on your physiological ability to cope with stress and make you feel much worse. If you can't face eating, I would suggest you get yourself a good multi-vitamin and mineral tablet to take daily (with your hot chocolate! ).

have you got any rescue remedy in the house? If you have, go and take some NOW - if not, go and get a glass of water NOW.

I always found it totally incredible that the tears could just keep coming from somewhere (different experience, fiance fecked off 3m before wedding, long time ago, good thing in hindsight) and even though you are knackered, your bod is still capable of wracking sobs and pouring all this water out of your (by then) extremely swollen and red eyes!

You are right - it does need to come out - but you need to keep a level of control on it so you don't become hysterical. I don't think you will because you are still typing on here but not being able to catch your breath can cause some interesting issues (hyperventilation for e.g.). Anyway, ignore me, you seem to have it in hand

Really beautiful

I listen to This a lot. It's sung by a children's choir and is so wonderful. I saw it performed live at this years Global day of Prayer at Millwall stadium.
