GPS making appointments without consent

GPS sending me to MH without consent Angry and so are my friends
I understand you have to go to the appointments So do you just make it up

I don't understand.

None of us do.

I’m trying hard to follow this but it’s very difficult

Sorry OP, but you are not making any sense, so it is hard for anyone here to try and help you or offer advise.

You don't have to go to any appointments that you don't want to. However, if it is one your work has organised through occupational health, then you may have to go if you want to keep your job.
However, from what you have posted here, you were working at 9 years old. Which didn't happen.

I hope you get some proper real life support.

OP it comes across that maybe you are struggling slightly again at the moment, and its time maybe to attend your MH appointment again as this may be a good idea for some help and support.
