I have had 20 years of appointments
With no treatment Furious

But surely the appointments themselves were treatment?

Have you been given any medication? Is that what you mean by treatment?

MrsTerryPratchett · 25/05/2024 14:15

20 years ago you were sent to MH services. A year later had no diagnosis. You'd had 20 years of appointments. Do you have a diagnosis now?

Muddle200 · 25/05/2024 14:39

We worked out several problems but it is too late I have left my GP and it has also helped to cause a split from my family

I'm sorry OP but I don't find your posts very coherent at all. Sounds like you really need some help

You were sent home from work 20 years ago, but you're only 29 now?

Isometimeswonder · 25/05/2024 14:49

@Muddle200. Lots of people are trying to help you and are being really patient. But please explain clearer, as someone said put it in a chronological list of what's happened.
Are you saying MH is mental health, do you mean a clinic, or therapist etc?

Muddle200 · 25/05/2024 15:00

Yes but I was sent too soon by Gp

MH is mental health

You need to write more than a sentence reply .

you were sent home from work unwell , you have not been helped by the sounds of it as you are not engaging .

Do you have a diagnosis ? It’s say you found that on the app … Do you take medication ? Are you taking it regularly .

Are you still seen the Mh team ?

TheShellBeach · 25/05/2024 15:17

Muddle200 · 25/05/2024 15:00

Yes but I was sent too soon by Gp

Sent where too soon?
You're not making sense.

Please can you write what happened to you clearly. One sentence posts are not sufficient.

TheShellBeach · 25/05/2024 15:19

And what has caused a split in your family?

nupnup · 25/05/2024 15:23

How can you be sent home from work at 9 years old 😂

Are you okay??

I think the OP is confused.

Itsonlymashadow · 25/05/2024 15:34

Op I really think you need to reach out for serious professional help and engage with it.

fedupwithbeingcold · 25/05/2024 15:39

Your posts don't make any sense at all, and based on that, it sounds like you really are unwell and need urgent help for your mental health. If you are 29 years old, how could you possibly be sent home from work 20 years ago? Are you living in a parallel reality?

LIZS · 25/05/2024 15:41

Do you mean gp as in doctor or as in grandparent? Why too soon? It seems entirely appropriate of you had some kind of mh crisis,

Mullercornerbliss · 25/05/2024 17:33

OP, please ring up 111 and get some advice. Your posts on this thread or the other do not make sense and I am concerned you are having a crisis.

Hello OP, we are really sorry to hear you are feeling this way.

We hope you don't mind, but when these threads are flagged up to us we usually add a link to our Mental Health resources. You can also go to the Samaritans website or email them on [email protected]. Support from other Mumsnetters is great and we really hope you will be able to take some comfort from your fellow posters, but as other MNers will tell you, it's really a good idea to seek RL help and support as well.

I've deleted your other thread so you can continue to get support on this one.
