Anyone else sad and want to hand hold?

Mumsnet has really helped me pull put of a possible breakdown and while I'm out of the worst of it, I'm still very sad. I'm crying to myself now so I can put on a brave face in the morning.

@Oblomov24 you have my sympathy I have a chronic pain condition and am always in some sort of pain it’s horrendous to live with

I had a big chat with DH about the mess that is my jobs, we can’t afford for me to give up work completely but we have devised a plan that I just have to hang on in there a little longer then hopefully I can leave. I am sick of being bullied, feeling like a second class citizen and being micro managed, I feel sick every minute I am there.

Can I join? Absolutely awful evening, massive argument with DP. He's sleeping downstairs now. I'm too upset to sleep and am too isolated to have anyone to talk to about this in real life.

I feel horrendous today. Ds was up all night I've had about 3 hours sleep x

Thank you for the kind words everyone, had a tough night sleep wise, first night in 3 without a sleeping tablet 😢 4 days until the holidays I’ve just got to hang on until then.

@Whycantgiraffesdance sorry you're still struggling I hate that we're all in this boat. I've been back at a&e with ds this morning as he's got croup again! Was up all night with him Saturday night too so I'm just exhausted as had to work the rest of the day too. My house is a tip and I just don't have the energy! X

Oh no bless him! Hope he’s ok @Helplessandheartbroke 🩵 don’t worry about the house, that can wait when you have a poorly child! My littlest one is teething so she just doesn’t know what to do with herself! x

Ds is fine he had a shot of steroids and it worked.

@Helplessandheartbroke some how I missed your post. I had a lovely weekend, we went to the city and saw a show then lots of tourist stuff which seems to have helped lift me slightly. I'm shattered though and my GP has said no to a higher dose of anti depressants without seeing me but can't see me until the end of April so have to battle on for another month feeling on edge which isn't nice 😣 I slept well the last 2 nights though so hoping tonight will be the same

Excellent username with the giraffes, that made me giggle.

@Imamumgetmeoutofhere I sometimes used Kalms or CBD as well as meds when edgy, it helped.

Citalopram. Was started on 20mg, had 6 months worth now and I think it's definitely starting to wear off

Nope. I have to see a different doctor tomorrow now. I don't know why I am not seeing my original one. Woke up this morning and I've all done is cry. I don't want to die but I can't see a way out of this anymore. Trying to hold on the thought of my beautiful 4 kids but even the darkness is trying to push them away x

@Helplessandheartbroke I've done another e consult as we can't phone my surgery. I've marked it as urgent so I'm hoping I get at least a phone call today.
