I hope no-one minds me starting a follow up thread. I know some people were waiting for me to update so I thought I would but happy to ask MNHQ to delete if one of the long term posters wanted to start it 😊

@tmh88 my husband says the same, I always reply with how do I know if there's something to worry about if I don't check 😂

It's so nice to find people like me, it's a very lonely illness to have.

I also find new problems once I've solved one. Spent the past few weeks shining a torch in my throat and feeling my boobs 🤦🏼‍♀️

AJ297 · 03/03/2021 12:48

@Skyliner001 thank you 😊 it's comforting to know you're not alone with it. I had my gynae worries last year and boobs last week. My main issues are lymph nodes and my throat but it sometimes just depends where my mind and google take me 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

Skyliner001 · 03/03/2021 12:49

Honestly, you should've seen me yesterday, I had my torch on under the covers, checking for dimples. Obviously breasts are not smooth like a dolphin, but both of mine are the same, but I discovered if I shone my torch on them and there was any other light, then the results were accurate. So now I have to do it in total darkness. Which was reassuring actually, .

Skyliner001 · 03/03/2021 12:49

I spent an unhappy half an hour shining a torch down my throat a few weeks ago, I think throat and neck is quite triggering as well, as throats are quite lumpy by nature!

AJ297 · 03/03/2021 12:53

@Skyliner001 honestly the things we do for reassurance! My torch has become my best friend lately. If I don't check I feel better but the second I have some quiet time in straight back to it. The bruises I have all over at the moment for constant checking is crazy, I look like I've been in a fight!

Skyliner001 · 03/03/2021 12:54

This sounds so familiar 💚 Really sorry you are going through this, but it all sounds completely familiar to all of us on this thread! I love my phone torch 😎

ofwarren · 03/03/2021 15:57

I've cracked open the wine 😔
Shit day today with constant low level anxiety. I went to the shop and felt a twinge in my sinus and nearly had a panic attack, so now, an hour later I still feel disoriented and like I can't see properly.
Fed up with the ear pressure, the pain under my jaw, the ache in my neck and the jabbing on the inside of my throat/ear area.
It's not even overly painful but I just want the sensations to stop 😢

dillydallydollydaydream7 · 03/03/2021 16:02

So has anyone seen this?

Mammograms pick up harmless breast lumps from the Covid vaccine

tmh88 · 03/03/2021 16:55

@dillydallydollydaydream7 I clicked on a read a little bit but flicked off when I saw about biopsies and lymph nodes as I have been doing well lately without lymph node anxiety haha! Good for people to know in regards to breast lumps who have had the vaccine!

Does anyone know if a cracked tooth can cause ear pain?

tmh88 · 03/03/2021 16:58

@ofwarren sorry to hear that! It’s so awful isn’t it! Flowers

ofwarren · 03/03/2021 16:59

@tmh88 cracked tooth can definitely cause ear pain. Is it on your bad side?

tmh88 · 03/03/2021 17:38

@ofwarren I have an impacted wisdom tooth and a molar on that side with a dodgy filling which I think may have a tiny, tiny crack in dentist is looking for me next Friday! I’ve been Googling loads this afternoon trying to find a proper cause for my ear!

ofwarren · 03/03/2021 17:41

@tmh88 it would be great news if that's the cause of your problem! Easily treatable.

tmh88 · 03/03/2021 17:47

@ofwarren the tooth doesn’t hurt however! Just jaw/ear! Would be nice if something like that though! 😂

ofwarren · 03/03/2021 17:49

@tmh88 teeth are weird though, they can refer pain to anywhere in your mouth. My son currently has a hole in a top back tooth and it's referred to one right at the front, on the bottom!

MrsWhites · 03/03/2021 18:02

Morning, hoping everyone has an anxiety free day!

Moved back onto my neck lymph nodes 🙄 convinced one feels bigger than normal!

RunawayBride2 · 04/03/2021 07:29

Morning everyone.

I didn't have a good night. Woke up with pins and needles and sent me into a panic attack, been awake since 5.30

MrsWhites · 04/03/2021 08:30

Morning all.

@RunawayBride2 that sounds awful. Have you managed to calm down since the panic attack? Perhaps you were just lying on a nerve or something in your sleep.
