No. An argument. He's not supportive. No empathy at all. He tries but can't

@cutthroughtothefield coming back would help. Where did he go?

Someone1987 · 05/07/2020 07:34

@cutthroughtothefield some people can find it difficult to understand MH issues. But he can be there to support you accessing help.

cutthroughtothefield · 05/07/2020 07:35

His parents I think

ChewChewIsMySpiritAnimal · 05/07/2020 07:36

Putting the argument aside, i think he does need to come back and be with you.

cutthroughtothefield · 05/07/2020 07:36

Yes you're right. Thank you. I'm so ashamed about how I am

OP posts:
cutthroughtothefield · 05/07/2020 07:37

Not In a proud way. Just feel worthless and damaging to others

ChewChewIsMySpiritAnimal · 05/07/2020 07:40

You don't need to be ashamed. It's an illness, you wouldn't be ashamed if you had a broken leg.

OverTheRainbow88 · 05/07/2020 07:40

Tell Him to come over, any company is better than being sline

OverTheRainbow88 · 05/07/2020 07:40

Alone!

Someone1987 · 05/07/2020 07:40

@cutthroughtothefield you're being very hard on yourself. A cup of tea and a rest (even just lying down and resting your eyes) may help reset these negative thoughts. Writing down your worries may help.

Jeremyironsnothing · 05/07/2020 07:41

Ask him to come home but then ask him to help you get to the doctors for medication. It doesn't sound as if you can do this without medication.

cutthroughtothefield · 05/07/2020 07:41

Thank you everyone. I'm feeling a tiny bit less desperate. It's so scary

OP posts:
cutthroughtothefield · 05/07/2020 07:42

You're all so kind.

OP posts:
IncrediblySadToo · 05/07/2020 07:44

Would it help if he came home and lay on the bed next to you? Would you be able to sleep?

cutthroughtothefield · 05/07/2020 07:45

I'm on the sofa. I'm going to ask him to come and sit with me

OP posts:
Someone1987 · 05/07/2020 07:45

@cutthroughtothefield I have come on here before upset about various things and other users have been so supportive. It really is a nice place to seek support.
Glad you're feeling a bit less desperate.

IncrediblySadToo · 05/07/2020 07:46

@cutthroughtothefield

I'm on the sofa. I'm going to ask him to come and sit with me
That sounds like a good start!
ChewChewIsMySpiritAnimal · 05/07/2020 07:46

He doesn't need to do or say anything. Really. Just to be with you. I've been almost where you are and sometimes all you need is another human next to you.

SpongeBobJudgeyPants · 05/07/2020 07:47

Good, please ask him. I hear you OP. Flowers

OverTheRainbow88 · 05/07/2020 07:47

And while you wait put the TV on with an easy watch film!!

ChewChewIsMySpiritAnimal · 05/07/2020 07:47

Hopefully he can make you that nice cup of tea! Everything feels a little bit better with tea Smile

cutthroughtothefield · 05/07/2020 07:48

He's coming back. I've asked him to help me get better. Thank you so much everyone. Thank you isn't enough
