Dodge the flame is quite a good idea. I'm a mess at the moment but I think that might help. Better than other things anyway...

No I dont take the little ones I do 10 miles in the morning before they wake up and 10 miles at night when they have gone to bed, I also walk to town etc.. I drink meal replacement drinks to keep energy up, quite fucked up really.

Meal replacement drinks!? LOL, I'm on some too..but that's because I'm on a diet to finally shift the weight I gained with both pregnancies.
Still better than binging and purging, I thought

i know it can get better

it does, it takes time, and effort and energy, all the things you don;t have when you are depressed....

but you have to take a leap of faith and sometimes, it is literally kill or cure

Yes you name it I've done it, pills, excersise, self harm, illegal drugs, there's noting I have not tried, seen, experienced. Not bad in 24 years!!

Lulu, been meaning to say this to you but I think you have the most wonderful job. I would have given alot to have had a doula with me with my two boys. Even considered looking into becoming one

I know lulu, it must be flustrating for you sometimes to see us talking like this, its that hole you dig isnt it you either claw yourself out if it or lay down and be burried.

I keep clawing at the sides and getting mud in my face. ED's make you depressed, you have to cure the ed to quit the depression, If you cant kick the ed you are stuck.

I've never had friends of my age!! my friends have always been in their late 30's, my best friend was 47!

I find people my age immature & irritating

I feel like this is a vicious cycle - do you have an ED because you are depressed or do you become depressed because you have an ED? Or are they two unrelated things? I can never tell - everything gets so tangled in my mind... I'm rambling

With me, it's all related. It feels like I have no control over my life at all..and that was the one thing I could do something about..and that no one could take away from me.
