Started on 20mg in July 2011, 30mg in September moved to 40mg in November.

Had lots of side effects when I first started but I seem to have retained a few-

Constipation
Clenched jaw at night
Feeling very hot for about 2 hours after waking
Vivid, bizarre dreams (not nightmares-just odd)

Anyone else? or is it just me? I must say the benefits far outweigh any of them.

I always used to feel crap and have a headache after counselling, but it was worth it.

Spanky takes me 2-3 days sometimes depending how heavy a session it is and what I've found out is happening with the case. I know I have to keep at it or I'll end up a total mess again need to resolve as much as possible and she is fantastic as is my dr and 1 other person who knows who she is.

Dotty I think you're very brave. I have no idea how you get over what's happened to you.
Puts my troubles in perspective

Been on new dosage a week now went out alone for first time in over 2 weeks yesterday been taking DD2 with me (wimp) dealing with people was hard was quite shaky. Then went for a drive to calm myself but think I overdid it as I was totally exhausted last night. But I've noticed I'm shaking a lot again is it normal once upping the meds?

Best to check with your doctor. It sounds like you are doing well if you have managed to get out of the house for the first time in two weeks. I don't think you are a wimp at all. I don't think there is anything wrong with having some moral support, even if they are littler than you. You are doing the right thing. Do abit and rest abit. Keep at it because one day you will come out the other side. You are amazing and brave, I hope I don't sound cheesy/corny!
