Jeez you sound like you are coping amazingly well with all of THAT be proud of yourself woman seriously I have a team of people to turn to on my doorstep but I suppose when things are going on in your head it's just not that easy

DS 1 on the up while LO is still sleeping he does some sleeping at the minute.He was sick again yesterday evening and I had bad night waking every hour and now woke up feeling reall really anxious shaky panicky fearful etc etc need to get these tablets started I think. DH is brilliant though thank god

Rubbish day really yesterday LO still bring sick right up to bedtime I improved think tiredness definitely makes anxiety worse. We all slept well last night so shall see how today goes? How's your mood today loopy ??

I have had a better couple of weeks, Christmas wasn't too bad, but my anxiety is bothering me badly at the moment as I have a hospital appt on Fri morning that terrifies me. Is at breast clinic - when I was pg I developed a sort of growth on my nipple, Dr says it is some sort of cluster of blood vessels. Its been there for over six months, as Dr said they often go away once the baby is born, but mine didn't, so now he has sent me to hospital appt. My logical head knows that if it was anything sinister it would have been getting worse over the past six months, but my anxious head is telling me that I got the hospital appt through very quickly, so they must be afraid something is wrong. Its like a battle in my head, with one side going 'don't be daft, its been there for ages with no ill effects' and the other going 'this isn't good'. Its doing my head in.

Yes I had a good morning at work away from kids but this afternoon they are both miserable and LO screaming so feel rubbish it's not their fault but they get my blood pressure going

Treacle soda I can understand your anxiety but try to keep your mind off it the appointment will put your mind at rest

Me and you both loopy had great nights sleep two nights ago great day yesterday then LO sick again in middle if night cue me lying away all night sick with fear. sitting here now watching every move he makes and trembling withe anxiety of it. Cannot deal with them being sick makes me feel I'll too

Well dh back at work today, I feel quite nervous!!! Ds off school until Tuesday and dd up at 5am. How do other peoples children sleep until 8? How? Both mine are up at 5/6am.

Dads got pneumonia now :( they were meant to be coming tomorrow to do the whole new year thing :(

Re the breast clinic they have a policy here of the appt being within 2 weeks of referral, I've been twice and all was well. Good luck.

Just had to text my brother to come over need someone here hoping my ads kick in soon. Also decided to ask for counselling this sickness phobia thing is terrible my boys are going to get sick and I will have to deal with it. Mistle your poor dad my mum is going through tests ATM and normally I rely heavily on her but my bro is brill too sending hugs everyone's way

That's crap have you anyone you can call for a chat my stomach tension has calmed down a bit now DH is home bit useless without people around reassuring me constantly booked appoint with gp not sure whether to go see about counselling he's not a very people person gp
