I did the first day of Caroline's YT Tempo Week- upper push but very weighted towards chest. I am not lifting nearly as much for chest press as I was at my last home, but 6 sets of chest press then six sets of chest flyes and later push ups burned me out. My pecs were actually shaking during the tricep press finisher. She is a bit of a genius.
Yes @samthebordercollie my RHR increase is probably because I haven't been doing as much proper cardio for the last month or two- before I was doing a lot of 55min Les Mills classes and jogging with DD, now just odd shorter video and beach walking. Probably my diet is also more sugary and salty recently as well. I had better look to my health. Safe trip to Blighty!

Thanks for the yoga recommendations! I had DownDog on my old phone @ItsCoolForCats 🎶 and it was cheap as chips, but it has unfortunately rocketed up now to £80 a year (though I will check again at Black Friday time). Also @SpaceRocket Thanks for the Kassandra recommendation! I don't do her so often but she is indeed wonderful, and the animals ones had passed me by completely! I am definitely going to do the ones with pigs. That's just adorable.
