Was posting on some fitness group on Facebook and I came to the conclusion that the differences are kind of there but most certainly not obvious ;(

You still haven't answered how long you've been doing this between the before and after. How long has it been?

If you do a heavy weights workout every day that's counter-productive. You need a rest day.

If you like the way running makes you look and feel then run.

Strength, stamina, and flexibility are all important. Weight training gives benefits that running doesn't and vice versa.

I don't lift though (my dumbbells are only 3kg, so I doubt you can call that "heavy weights"). For health reasons I can't run, I hope I can get back to it one day but in the meantime I can't. The before are early May so 3 months... By then it was probably 2 weeks of working out but not really cutting my drinking as much.
