Who's signed up for RED January 2021?
Formerly known as Run Every Day, now Regular Exercise Daily.

This will be my 4th year (I'll miss the t-shirt but dig out my oldies). I think with the state of the world, not only do I need it more than ever but my motivation is more fragile than ever too.

I aim to exercise outdoors daily. Lots of running, hopefully my outdoor classes continuing and some walking as active rest.

I'm also eyeing up Adriene's January series Breathe. I enjoyed Home at the start of 2020. I've lost my yoga habit at present though.

Yippee! I've done it!

I'd hoped it wouid build my fitness a bit more than it did - I'd hoped to move up 2 or perhaps even 3 on Garmin VO2max (yes o know it's not terribly accurate, but the trend wouid be there). It went up just 2, but that's still up and I'm happy!

Nearly all the Xmas weight has gone - still need to lose rather more to get to preferred size for more demanding running, but again, good progress!

Yay @AuntieStella ! well done!

I managed it as well. Did just over 10 miles on Saturday as it was such a nice day and everything felt ok - so I just kept going on my longer route.
Then just a quiet 1.5 miles yesterday as everything felt a little stretched out yesterday.

I've taken today as a proper rest day - no Joe Wicks. Tomorrow its supposed to be snowing so I may also take that off too.

But then back to it - February challenges are coming through.

I managed 86 miles in total and definitely improved my stamina. Its been too icy and slippy to really manage any speed work, but I've also done over 3000M of climb which I'm proud of (doing a year long challenge to see if I can "climb Everest")
