After doing this successfully now for 2 years I thought I'd start the 2020 thread

Another slow 5k. I waited until it was nearly dark because it was too warm for most of the day. Not usually an issue in Ireland in April.
Ankle niggled slightly less this time.

That sounds grim. Are you ok now?

Yeah. I think it was runners diarrhoea though that has never hit at 3k before more at 8 or 9 k. Never so glad to get home to a toilet! Everywhere on my route that I would have gone to in normal circumstances to use a toilet was closed in the lockdown.

Another gorgeous day here, our delivery of medicines (A small bag for me, a large one for DH) arrived in good time so we've just done a very pleasant 6.4km.

Dropped off for a while as stopped running for a few weeks. Slowly building it back up now after weeks of strength building stuff and walking. I’m walking 3-4m daily plus started running 5-6k twice a week but still getting shin niggles. Good to see everyone still getting out there.
