Have decided -as part of my 'new year, new me' mission- that I'm going to ensure I do at least 10,000 steps every day without fail.
I got a fitbit a few months ago and love it. Up to now I've mainly been monitoring it in a mildly interested way though, rather than really making an effort to increase what I normally do
Some days I do the 10,000 steps no problem, but not every day, so am determined to do extra to make sure I do. I'm also aiming to run 3x a week and improve my diet.
Anyone with me on the steps?
