I'm doing this! So glad i've found this thread.
I'm on day 7 today of level one.
The first three days were unbearable. I was so out of breath. However, last night's was much more manageable.
i think maybe my handweights are too heavy though. So i might need to buy lighter ones, as i struggle to do the side lunge/hand weight exercise all the way through without pausing for a second or two. They are currently 1.5kg. Is that heavy of am i just a weakling?
Anyway, i've been on a 1200-1500cal diet since April. I was 12 stone on the 1st of April and now i weigh - as of this morning - 9stone 13lbs! My BMI has gone from 26 to 21.
Since April, i've been doing half an hour on my exercise bike an evening.
But the weight loss has really slowed down recently, and I'm very untoned, which is why i decided to try 30 day shred.
I took measurements on my first day of my waist and 'love handles'.
Waist - 28inches
Not quite my hips (across my belly button) - 34 inches.
Will be interesting to see if i lose anything.
