Is that an automatic recount, or candidate requested ?

I note that PA has automatic recounts with margins of less than 0.5%

I also note that in quite a few cases, Bidens majority has been secured before mail-in ballots are added. Meaning there is fuck-all chance of Trump getting anything done about anything.

Not sure but at end of Georgia press conference a recount won't take place till election called and result won't be till next week if it takes place but around 8000 votes still to come in.. They are clearing airspace wherever Biden is now and most networks are declaring Biden the winner. Biden expected to make speech 7 pm US time or thereabouts.
