The Brexit Party aren't doing one.

The Labour Party apparently can't afford theirs.

The Conservatives will just lie anyway.

And the LDs got upstaged by Prince Andrew's resignation from royal duties for being a fuckwit.

3 weeks to go...

thanks arse :-)

TorchesTorches · 22/11/2019 20:46

Eurgh Johnson is awful.

Corbyn was ok in the face of real hostility
Sturgeon was practised and polished and excellently political.
Swinson was out off her depth
Johnson is shifty and talks over people and is an idiot.

ListeningQuietly · 22/11/2019 20:47

She is on the edge of tears

Peregrina · 22/11/2019 20:50

It does not matter how awful Johnson is; some people will vote Tory regardless.

ArseDarkly · 22/11/2019 20:51

No prob Smile plus you don't have to look at Boris doing that bloody annoying pointy thumb-fist thing

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 22/11/2019 20:53

Very eloquent question from the man about GPs.
Wonder how the fuck there will be enough GPs when borders to Europe are closed?
My excellent GP is Slovenian.

countrygirl99 · 22/11/2019 20:53

I thought Corbyn and Sturgeon talked like they acknowledged the audience are adults. Swinson sounded like she was campaigning for Head Girl. Johnson sounds like the boring drunk ranting away in the pub.

CurlyWurlyTwirly · 22/11/2019 20:54

He seems to be actually listening to the A&E doctor

TokyoSushi · 22/11/2019 20:55

Yikes, Jo Swinson having a dreadful time on my delayed session, still got BJ to come!

Alsohuman · 22/11/2019 20:55

Oh fuck, he’s harking back to Mayor of London again. And still not answering the bloody question.

Monsterinmyshoe · 22/11/2019 20:56

We've lowered crime....

It's official, he is on glue.

HoneysuckIejasmine · 22/11/2019 20:56

Oh, 20 upgrades and 40 new hospitals? So, it's 60 new or improved now?

Apileofballyhoo · 22/11/2019 20:57

Boris has had some booing that I don't think the others got.

sunglasses123 · 22/11/2019 20:57

Here we go again. People who don’t agree with you saying they will vote regardless. Well - thank you I am not deluded or stupid. What will be daft is bankrupting the country with Marxist ideology whilst the leaders of this sit by watching to see if their experiments work

If this #bbcqt audience is truly representative of the country, it rather gives the lie to the theory that Boris Johnson is an unusually popular Conservative politician

Zxyzoey31 · 22/11/2019 20:58

I am a lurker, I thought Swinson had a hard time. She gave a good explanation that the libdems aren't a socialist party.

Monsterinmyshoe · 22/11/2019 20:59

I thought Corbyn and Sturgeon talked like they acknowledged the audience are adults. Swinson sounded like she was campaigning for Head Girl. Johnson sounds like the boring drunk ranting away in the pub.

Agree with this, although I think the questions JS got weren't very balanced and she didn't have the chance to discuss their manifesto.

TokyoSushi · 22/11/2019 21:00

Oh my, he's like a drink in a pub, swaying around sluring 'and another thing!'

This man is the Prime Minister, good grief!

Can we have Nicola Sturgeon? Super professional, clear and precise.

I think this could be the end of Jo Swinson, or at least it will be on Dec 13th.

TokyoSushi · 22/11/2019 21:01

**Drunk!

sunglasses123 · 22/11/2019 21:01

I don’t think people are saying he is unusually popular. It’s that Corbyn, Abbott and McDonnell are just completely useless and I would love to see a proper opposition in place to keep everyone on their toes.

Zxyzoey31 · 22/11/2019 21:04

We live in a safe tory seat in commuter land. We also live in the most tory bit of the Tory seat and there is a lot of Lib dem support. Loads of signs have gone up for them and none for the conservatives. I have never seen this before. If we are representative the torys may lose safe seats like ours and the question is can they make up for these outside the south east. I don't know but thought this might be if interest to some. I am not a bot I just don't post much! Thanks all for the threads, they are interesting but can increase my worry!

3dogs2cats · 22/11/2019 21:05

I feel sad Jo Swinson didn’t do better. Just because I want Conservative leavers to vote libdem not Conservative. Didn’t understand the point of a tranche of questions on different issues. Made it easier for BJ not to answer.

tobee · 22/11/2019 21:06

Johnson is just not up to the job

3dogs2cats · 22/11/2019 21:07

Cross post with zxyzoey. Encouraging, hope all the posters aren’t down tomorrow!

yolofish · 22/11/2019 21:08

Well. I think it would be difficult to say that was a good night for BlowJob, given that the only applause he got was when he walked off at the end... and I am sure he is on something, and I'd be asking for my Eton fees back given his posture and lack of scrubbed-upness.

Would love to be able to vote for Nicola; Jo did well actually I thought, gave some passion to her comments and seemed to apologise for past mistakes. Missed Jeremy.
