I really don't care what on earth their motive is as long as they are paying tax here and no one is harmed by it. What's naïve about that? Over the last few months I have had that slung at me many times especially by smallfox Kaija.

Just checked that post - no mention at all of:

It is also going to be paying more tax.

These are both true statements.

By contrast, "voluntarily paying more tax out of the goodness of their hearts" is not a true statement, and not remotely what howabout posted.

It's the word "volunteering" that is the key here. As though they could happily continue their current arrangements in Luxembourg if the wanted to.
