Tucker Hispanics in the US are not a block vote contrary to the lazy media reporting. About 30% voted Trump and are always solid Republican. In contrast on 8% of the Black community voted Trump and that was a relatively high percentage in comparison with previous candidates.

The Florida citizens of Cuban decent are naturally inclined towards the Republicans because they left Cuba for a reason. The other states with the heaviest concentrations of Hispanics are Texas and California and they either vote with the majority in those states because they approve of the thinking in their adopted home or they vote as a minority, but either way they don't have enough votes to affect the outcome.

There are similarities with the Asian population in the UK. This is one of the reasons why I bother to challenge the assertions about race made by the Remoaners. There are a lot of, perhaps inadvertently racist, attempts to silence and discount the views of ethnic minority Brexiters.
