Thank you Winchester, that is a most magnanimous pep talk.

vulpeculaveritas · 08/11/2016 19:59

Do you think the outcome would have been the same if the leave campaign hadn't used the things complained about? WW

Bearbehind · 08/11/2016 20:08

ww when you come up with a credible response to my question on how the poorest in society will deal with the cost of inflation that's imminent and a response to the questions posed by red about WTO which led to doorbell-gate then your credibilty might be restored.

Until then it's looking very much like you might be being paid for your pokey stick posts.

Kaija · 08/11/2016 20:10

I would also be keen to know how leavers are feeling about the imminent price rises.

(and not just Toblerone, obviously)

vulpeculaveritas · 08/11/2016 20:11

She doesn't seem to answer questions, I've asked a few and she doesn't answer. :(

Valentine2 · 08/11/2016 20:29

Bear
"Until then it's looking very much like you might be being paid for your pokey stick posts."
Shock
I have been lurking on and off on these threads generally. This is the first time I looked at ww and others this way. Sad

Valentine2 · 08/11/2016 20:31

It's the exact question you have been asking ww and op since last few threads Bear.

vulpeculaveritas · 08/11/2016 20:33

Nooo WW doesn't have the halmarks of a paid stooge, she doesn't capitalise LEAVE, like they do on other sites, and lets be honest, who would pay for the poorly thought out, hyperbole she produces?

surferjet · 08/11/2016 20:36

What makes you think some prolific remainers aren't being paid?

OP posts:
WinchesterWoman · 08/11/2016 20:37

You all prove my point beautifully. Your aim is to aggressively provoke and belittle.

Vulpa I've answered lots - perhaps you weren't around. I asked bear lots - to which I received no answer. Since then she or he keeps stalking me. It's weird behaviour.

time4chocolate · 08/11/2016 20:39

Vulpeculaveritas - are you our small brown four legged friend?

Kaija · 08/11/2016 20:44

I think you have to assume now that a certain number of posters are either being paid or acting in a voluntary capacity but within political organisations within a defined social media strategy. Ultimately it probably doesn't matter - you can only really judge the quality of the arguments on the page. But people do need to understand that it is happening, and just bear it in mind when weighing up the value of any given post.

vulpeculaveritas · 08/11/2016 20:44

TBH I'd have thought the people being paid were long gone, surely their job was done on the day?

They were all over the Graun, Reddit, and mail so I'd imagine that they were here too, but the leavers were easier to spot that the remainers down to their capitalisation. They were particularly prevelant on another MB I use, but I think people were being paid to post under the same username on shifts no one can possibly be posting that much.

Time4 ??

WinchesterWoman · 08/11/2016 20:46

Yes kaija. And it must be remainers. I've thought the same.

WinchesterWoman · 08/11/2016 20:47

Are you suggesting time is a paid propagandist? Seriously?

WinchesterWoman · 08/11/2016 20:48

What on earth is wrong with you all?

The remainers I know in real life are so lovely.

vulpeculaveritas · 08/11/2016 20:55

I didn't I suggested that all the paid posters ( I think its called astroturfing) were finished on the day after the vote.

I

Bearbehind · 08/11/2016 20:57

ww, as I've told you many times I'm not answering questions you asked me after I asked you the same question several times with no response.

Doorbell gate made you look a bit of an arse and most of your posts since have been to stir the pot.

Talking of pots, either shit or get off it.

Either tell us how the less fortunate than you will cope with the forthcoming inflation and how you think we'll fare undef WTO rules or admit youre just being deliberately provactive.

surferjet · 08/11/2016 20:58

acting in a voluntary capacity but within political organisations within a defined social media strategy

No doubt about it.

Breadandwine if you can't find anything in the judgment stopping us leaving the EU and neither can I, perhaps we need re-educating as the Commies used to say. Never been in a minority of two before.

WinchesterWoman · 08/11/2016 20:59

So you're not suggesting time is a paid propagandist? I really hope not.

Bear I actually answered your question with a list. It had numbers or bullets points? Or it was just a 'firstly, secondly, thirdly etc'

So stop stalking me, stop lying about me and stop being horrible to me. Please.

WinchesterWoman · 08/11/2016 21:01

Doorbell gate is very childish. I'm a mum. I have kids. One came home from school. Why are you still talking about it? And why pretend you don't insult as a tactic then just do loads more insulting? I don't know anyone in real life that behaves this way.

WinchesterWoman · 08/11/2016 21:03

Vulpa can you tell me what you mean. Who do you think is a paid propagandist. Can you explain your comment.

Bearbehind · 08/11/2016 21:03

ww, I responded to your firstly, secondly thirdly post and you just said 'I don't accept that'

Stop playing the 'you're being mean to me' card to detract from the question.

Simple question- how are the under privileged, who youre so keen to save from immigration, going to cope in the short term, with inflation?
