I don't want another attack on me I already feel battered and bruised from people on here -I was watching Muse 'Uprising'' at Glastonbury, they were bloody fantastic and the lyrics jumped out at me (maybe I am going mad I don't know) but they summed up what I feel about the EU and why I voted how I did. Worth a listen if anyones has a spare five minutes.

Hi, checking in as a leave voter. Feel totally vilified all over social media. I voted leave because I was very worried about the stealthy loss of democracy. Happy to have found this thread and enjoying the articles posted.

I've been lucky. Everyone I know voted LEAVE so I've had no problems with anyone in real life.

I feel the same greenishme. I haven't got involved in discussions about it with friends although I probably should be brave enough to. I'm struck by how language is manipulated on social and mainstream media to block discussion.. Remain =peace, love, unity and tolerance and leave automatically represents the opposite.

Anyway, I've felt such happy surges of optimism since last Friday. So excited for how Britain will shape herself into the future.

Mooingcow I was so excited on Friday morning.....but the shine has been taken off it slightly by all the venom.

God know how long it's going to take them all to get over themselves. It's so depressing.

I saw something on another hostile thread on here that seemed to show an EU document demanding it takes place on Wednesday or Thursday of this week.

I'll see if I can find it again and bring the back here....hopefully I'll get in and out unscathed
