I am shocked, but also very happy. Wow.

OP posts:

the £350m that goes out won't exactly exist anymore if the UK's economy is fucked for the next decade or so - and probably past that.

Anyone who is economically numerate knows that the £350million does not actually exist. It is money that we must add to the national mountain of debt that we will leave to our children to deal with as a result of this EU experiment.

Watch the whole fetid organisation collapse.

Lighteningirll · 24/06/2016 06:14

Springing nice to see you up I've followed a lot of your arguments on mn and the abuse you've received has been uncalled for I'd like to buy you a virtual prosecco Wine

lovelyupnorth · 24/06/2016 06:14

Interesting how many of the brexit politicians are stepping back and saying Dave should now sort this.

For me I think we're fucked for at least the next few years. What an awful day.

But it's all right caves we can close our borders and trade with ourselves.

fassbendersgirlfriend · 24/06/2016 06:14

Springing. You said it so eloquently.

Hamishandthefoxes · 24/06/2016 06:17

None of those people you speak to will actually do much better now though Springing. NHS staffed by many eu Drs and nurses who are likely to go. Construction industry isn't exactly stuffed full of native Brits.... Thing will be worse before they get better.

Pangurban1 · 24/06/2016 06:18

But they defended the 350million. Ya mean we can't write and influence how this vast sum is to be spent. They said the public could decide. And not only did it exist, but can be spent time and time again.

Lynnm63 · 24/06/2016 06:18

Springing sending you Wine and Flowers Goldman Sachs tried to buy a referendum. Hopefully mark carney will fuck off back to Canada.

Hamishandthefoxes · 24/06/2016 06:19

Because mark carney going back to Canada will helpHmm. There still needs to be a governor of the Bank of England and it will be a pretty poisonous chalice for a while.

Lynnm63 · 24/06/2016 06:20

We can find a better one than that Goldman Sachs puppet. He couldn't run a piss up in a brewery.

SpringingIntoAction · 24/06/2016 06:20

Aww Thank you. Have some Cake

I must admit that some evenings the abusemade me very angry and it was disruptive and stopped the free flow of the discussion.

In the last few days barely posted on here as I did not need any more of this abuse.

I felt it was impratnt to rebut some of the ridiculous reasons given on here for Remaining.

The fact is that there was absolutely no compelling reason to stay. I have been searching for that reason for 30 years.

In the absence of any compelling reason to stay the Government had to scare us into staying -hence Project Fear and when that was ridiculed they launched Project Smear.

And that is why we had to endure 12 weeks of ridiculous reasons to try to justify staying shackled to the dead corpse of the EU.

And the Remain politicians are still spinning Projects Fear and Smear - shamelessly without contrition

I intend to vote my MP out at the next election. He didn't even have the courtesy to acknowledge my concern at Dodgy Dave's Special Deal

SpringingIntoAction · 24/06/2016 06:21

Thanks
Hopefully mark carney will fuck off back to Canada.

Would we notice?

fedupofpeppa · 24/06/2016 06:22

I voted remain and so am scared about the result and what happens now. In my view, the majority of people who voted leave had valid concerns but were blaming the wrong people. It is successive British governments who failed us and not the EU . That was my opinion. It makes me nervous that these are the people who now need to work miracles to stabilise our economy and negotiate deals to improve out future. Maybe if one good thing comes out of this, it will be the political parties being shocked in to reassessing their policies on investment in public services.

Either way close to half the population are disappointed and scared today and name calling between leavers and remainers is not going to help.

Lynnm63 · 24/06/2016 06:22

Well it would be quieter as he spends more time talking than working.

Pangurban1 · 24/06/2016 06:25

You're right. Sack the lot of them 'expert's'. Get a random lot of people off the street and they would run it more efficiently.

This attitude reminds me a little of China's cultural revolution. Academics sent to work in the fields.

SpringingIntoAction · 24/06/2016 06:25

None of those people you speak to will actually do much better now though Springing. NHS staffed by many eu Drs and nurses who are likely to go.

Why? There is no need for term to. They will now be joined by non-EU migrants who will find it easier to work in the UK. Remember how Cameron was going to close down nonEU migration even tighter?

Where? Don't they already have about 36 doctors and nurses per head of the population in Australia?

Construction industry isn't exactly stuffed full of native Brits.... Thing will be worse before they get better.

Brits will start getting paid a decent living wage instead of having their wages suppressed by EU migrant labour - remember who makes up the shortfall between low pay and a living wage - us, the taxpayers, while the employers benefit.

LoonieToony · 24/06/2016 06:27

Awful amount of vitriol and hatred on this thread though - regardless of how we all voted.

To be honest, if the posters on this thread are accurately reflecting the general UK consensus, I'm more worried about the likelihood of civil
unrest. And that in itself can have huge consequences.

SpringingIntoAction · 24/06/2016 06:29

This attitude reminds me a little of China's cultural revolution. Academics sent to work in the fields.

The UK does not need to send money to the EU to rebadge as 'EU money' which is then paid to academics to sockpuppeting how wonderful the EU is. Take a look at all the academic institutions that receive 'EU funding' to promote EU-biased research. That money should be going into STEM subjects.

SpringingIntoAction · 24/06/2016 06:31

No need for civil war. I am prepared to forgive being call an idiot, stupid, racist, dim, ignorant, swivel-eyed loon, Little Englander etc etc etc

kavvLar · 24/06/2016 06:32

Gosh really looking forward to this £350 million per week being freed up!

I wonder how long it will be before all those hospitals 'it would pay for' are actually built.

See you in A and E on the twelfth of never.

LoonieToony · 24/06/2016 06:34

As am I Springing, as am I.

Reading this thread and some of the subtle abuse aimed at Brexiters makes me feel a tad concerned.

Pangurban1 · 24/06/2016 06:37

'The UK does not need to send money to the EU to rebadge '

As far as I am aware Mark Carney is not an EU employee. My remark was wrt the post to tell him to piss of back to Canada and who would miss him and the attitude that basically the person in the pub would do better jobs than any so called 'expert'. I don't have any special regard for MC.

Maybe the attitude is also a little animal farm.

SpringingIntoAction · 24/06/2016 06:41

Sorry Pangurban - i thought the 'experts' were the academics - that's what we've been told by the Govt for the last 12 weeks.

Carney is an ex Goldman Sachs employee. I would like a replacement who wasn't

Pangurban1 · 24/06/2016 06:42

"Brits will start getting paid a decent living wage instead of having their wages suppressed by EU migrant labour"

Of course when the Swindon area had too high wages, James Dyson moved all his manufacturing to Malaysia and stated that was why he was doing it. He didn't move to another part of the UK.

JeepersMcoy · 24/06/2016 06:43

The sad thing is springing that very few of the things on your list are going to change because we leave the EU. In fact many, particularly those related to the NHS will probably get worse. It is heartbreaking that people have taken things that they re absolutely right to be angry about and used those as a reason to leave the EU rather than blaming the conservative government who is actually responsible.

ruthsmumkath · 24/06/2016 06:46

Feeling very depressed - such a bad result for the country - can't wait for all the stupid people to realise THEY just shafted our country!
