I thought it was time to move over here from Telly Addicts as we're now discussing Joseph the musical, and not Any Dream Will Do. The other thread was about to get too full anyway.

too knackered?

Ooh, ooh, ooh. Does your friend have a camera phone???

You could ask him to get Lee to hold up a piece of paper with "Hello Berrie, Oggs, Lyra, Boing and Binkle" then take a photo How cool would that be??????

Not very. Could pretend that Berrie, Oggs etc are child fans with funny names?

Berrie · 19/08/2007 17:33

Will ask him about the camera phone right now!

oggsfrog · 19/08/2007 17:36
Grin
Berrie · 19/08/2007 17:38

Have already asked him to be my boyfriend in two weeks time Not surprisingly, no reply to those texts!

Berrie · 19/08/2007 17:41

Can we not come up with something better than 'hello Berrie, Oggs.. etc' ? How about, 'I want you Berrie, Oggs...'

Berrie · 19/08/2007 18:06

'RIGHT NOW!'

oggsfrog · 20/08/2007 10:50

Perhaps "Berrie and Oggs are Hot, Hot, HOT"

Berrie · 20/08/2007 12:40

Indeed!

Anyway, friend of Lee says although he does have a camera phone he does not want to appear to be a stalker...he does not mention whether he wants to be my boyfriend that week....

BoingBoing · 20/08/2007 13:02

But your friend of Lee isn't the stalker, we are!!!

Talking of which, Radio 2, 7.30pm, Friday night is a ALW celebration concert or something and Lee will be performing. I don't know anything more like what he's singing, or how many songs, and the cast list seemed quite long - it was a R2 trailer and also includes the likes of DvO. So tape recorders at the ready....
And I'm definitely work skiving at the moment - I forgot to pay my tiscali bill at home... oops!!!

oggsfrog · 20/08/2007 15:32

Binkle will be seeing Lee again in four hours

Berrie · 20/08/2007 15:48

Some of us have never seen Lee

BoingBoing · 20/08/2007 15:55

I had a dream about him last night. Does that count?

Berrie · 20/08/2007 16:31

Oh me too Boing!
What happened in yours?
In mine he was an ex teaching colleague at my school from before he'd won the Joseph competition and he came back to see his class which morphed into cows in the stable at my childhood home...no matter...it was still Lee though I didn't get the chance to speak to him.
This obviously came from him getting together with his ex Phantom mates (my mate not included - fool!) What's your excuse?

BoingBoing · 20/08/2007 16:53

I think yours was better. Mine was extremely dull, as Lee ended up being extremely dull, and, weirdly, disappointingly skinny. Honestly, you'd think that having gone to all that effort of having a dream about him, the least he could have done is make a bit of an effort. Harrumph.

BoingBoing · 20/08/2007 16:54

oops, sorry. Not sure what brought it on.

Berrie · 20/08/2007 16:55

What a shame...better luck next time!

Berrie · 20/08/2007 16:56

Could have been worse, you could have snogged him..this is the kiss of death in my dreams...snogs are always cold and very wet...bleuuurgh!

oggsfrog · 20/08/2007 20:25

I've spent a wonderfully lazy day re-watching the Any Dream Will Do vids and making notes of the running order of each one and who sung what....

Berrie · 20/08/2007 21:52

Wonder what Lyra's doing now?

Oggs wishing you a sweet Lee dream tonight!

Binkle, can't wait to hear your news.

Boing, guess you'll read this tomorrow, happy Tuesday to you!

Iddy Biddy bit pissed...

Think we should all arrange to go to Lee's last performance, do the stage door thingy, stay in the same hotel, get pissed!

oggsfrog · 21/08/2007 06:42

Morning Berrie. How's the head?????

Berrie · 21/08/2007 08:09

Surprisingly ok thanks Oggs, though it is 8 o clock rather than 6.30 which means I managed to ignore DD's plaintive Mummmeeee ing for a long time. That will teach me to celebrate starting 20 gallons of plum wine off with a bucket full of elderberry wine...We have an orchard allotment this year so next will be the blackberry and then the damson. (my poor thumbs, brown and sliced)

BoingBoing · 21/08/2007 09:17

How industrious are you, Berrie?! I've spent all summer (ha ha ha) ignoring the gooseberries, raspberries and blackcurrants. Now I'm ignoring the crab apples. Still, at least I won't get pissed on the wine I'm not going to make. How's the head?

I like the idea of the last performance. A BRILLIANT plan. And if it's organised that far in advance, I could actually get myself sorted and stick it in the diary as a sacrosanct date. I'm not dressing up though!!!

Anyone seen the Convent Garden thing from the weekend? It's on ALW's website

Berrie · 21/08/2007 10:14

Mmmmmm lovely Boing, thankyou, another Lee treat to start the day. Right, need to visit the homebrew shop for some more supplies

BoingBoing · 21/08/2007 11:50

I've got a few demijohns gathering dust if that helps

Berrie · 21/08/2007 12:59

Ha, demijohns are no good to me! We make it by the barrel!
Anyone know what kind of shops sell wax papers for going on top of jam and chutney? I can think of one in town but I really don't want to go...feel a bit rough tbh

Oh yes, Tesco, half price Isla Negra Sauvignon Blanc, £2.99 very nice, get yourself down there!...though that was in comparison to unbottled elderberry (it's gone off rather) fear not, I have bought 4 more bottles so I will retry it and let you know!
