Council tax 2023/2024 cost?

As the title suggests please could you all share what your council tax cost now is rising to.

If happy to share the council area that would be helpful and size of property!

Im about to rent a one bedroom cottage and shocked at the price!

I used to live here and I just can’t fathom how much the increase is to my rural village for a one bed!!

£185 Band C South East .

£199/month - 2 hed flat in London

I have a single person discount and own a two bed property - it works out 124 pound a month

£140 p/m. City in WMids.

Band B, Lancaster district, £1678.14.

The council has already set next year's increase in Council Tax at 2.99%, an average of £7.23 a year, or 14p a week, for a Band D property. As 80% of the district's homes are in the lowest bands (A to C) the actual increase will be even lower for the majority of households.

I'm band B three bed terrace in North Yorkshire we've gone up from £115 to £155ish I'm gutted!

Gone from £143 to £152. Paying for 10 months. 3bed semi on a large plot. East anglia.

Band B 137 a month for 10 months after 25% discount. West Midlands town.

Increase of £13 pm to £219 over 12 months.
Band E London.

2 bed flat in the North West. Council Tax Band A £98 per month - 5.2% increase from last year

Gone from 124 to 144.
London Borough

Up £90 to £1890, 3 bed semi, band C in the South.

Mine has gone from £100 x10 to £106 x 10. Band A, Knowsley, 25% discount applied.

3 bed house £2300 a year. South coast.

Band D

It's so unfair, I'm band D and paying £230.

@crossstitchingnana is that over 10 months? If not then agree very unfair.

Band E north of Scotland £2460 a year plus have to pay factoring fees on top

The jump from Band D to E is insane! It’s over £500 extra a year in my local authority

3 bed council house £160 per month with 25% single person discount. Not paid it for a couple of months though. I need food and heat
