Letter from tax credits this morning - £1.4k overpayment from 17/18 - that explains the drop in payments then! It's this way until the new tax year then payments will increase by £19pw.

Hope everyone else is getting on well atm. Just got to head to Tesco to pick up a couple of bits DH forgot earlier on - also is it just my DH who can't improvise a shopping list. I wrote chicken (fajitas) and mince (lasagne). He came back with chicken thighs and lamb mince - be hates lamb!

I’ve just had a very firm conversation with dh about mil. Who arrives next weekend.

I’ve asked him to find out when exactly she arrives. I’ve assumed she’ll need picking up from airport. We are having dinner with my family who are flying in for the weekend on Saturday evening. Dh knows this. I have a horrible feeling mils flight will get in at about 8. Slap bang in the middle of dinner time.

I put the wedding on because DD wanted to see it. It was brilliant! Loved the dress/music/horses and the flowers were just stunning.

We loved the wedding!! Had a lovely lunch afterwards and have been chilling in the garden the rest of the afternoon🌞🌞🌞

I thought the best things about the Royal wedding were the choir, the flowers and beautiful Windsor shining in the sunshine. The whole town looked gorgeous.

Just back from the naice tea shop. DH paid. Dd stole some of my coffee cake - I didn’t expect her to like it but she’s obviously a sophisticated lady . It was good to get out briefly but 15 mins total walking is definitely my limit for now.
