need it’s a form of arthritis I think. But honestly not sure. Dr thinks maybe it’s still possible that when I go back to work it’ll go away and it’s because I’m not using my hands as id usually do sat at my desk. We’ll see. After I’ve seen consultant she thinks they’ll sort physio etc.

€40 on Easons online - pencils for dd, workbook for her about why do I worry so much and a book about emotionally abusive relationships for me Sad

Got an evoucher from Irish opinions and it didn't work so Easons will refund €10 to my card instead. Used joint account seeing as this is all down to dh.

€148.98 on SuperValu online shop coming soon guess I'd better go home!

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/02/2018 17:59

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/02/2018 17:59

Fluffycloudland77 · 26/02/2018 18:09

Mammy You do not have to put up with this Angry

Ire is more patriarchal & leaving/splitting up a family more frowned upon than here?.

tinyradish · 26/02/2018 18:13

Beautiful snowy day! Hope it doesn't cause too much disruption for anyone.

Nsd :)

LonelyOversharer · 26/02/2018 18:28

Oh mammy Flowers 💗 the problem is though, once you recognise it for what it is, it's impossible to ignore.

mammymammyIRL · 26/02/2018 19:02

I guess so fluffy but we're catching up

Cagliostro · 26/02/2018 19:13

It’s good that you’re getting that book. You deserve better 💐

£12 Coop, can’t find my membership key fob (which also gets me 10% off). I’m a sucker for a new product so this included ‘sweet stem cauliflower’ which basically looks like tenderstem broccoli that’s been bleached. 🤔

Got reduced chicken legs and green beans so that’s dinner sorted, used most of the remaining free chocolate to make Rice Krispie things. I would love to be one of those people who can whip up cupcakes or whatever at the drop of a hat but this is about my limit. 😳

I resisted the Dr Pepper that was on offer. 😇😂

mammymammyIRL · 26/02/2018 19:19

Thanks guys cag lonely & lifelong
My wood pellet delivery arrived we'll be warm when the snow comes Grin
Waiting on shopping delivery and must get dc to bed.
Don't feel like dinner, maybe I'll make a wrap pizza light and quick

WreckTangled · 26/02/2018 19:27

Mammy life is too short to be unhappy.

£25 ds swimming
£6.50 on hot drinks for dh and I and post swim snacks for the dc. I never do this so a rare treat,, I had hot chocolate.

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/02/2018 19:38

How can bloody Sainsbury's be out of matches. FFS
There is no snow here. It's an urban area.

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/02/2018 19:39

Broke even in sainsbury. Returned a costume, spent the money.

mammymammyIRL · 26/02/2018 19:41

Wreck I think turning 35 is making me feel like that.

On sat I told dh how exhausted I am and he said he'd get up with dc Sun morning, this never happens. They brought up breakfast to me at 10.30am. I got up and got dc ready for party content enough. Then he turned on me told me it was all in my head that there was nothing wrong with me except my head & that he'd to do everything all morning while I lazed in bed.
I replied and said any other husband whose wife was on reduced hours at work because she's unable for full time would not spend all day Saturday doing work for free at someone else's house they'd be at home to give her a chance to rest.
He may as well not have bothered with breakfast or the lie in as he completely took the good out of it then.

Fluffycloudland77 · 26/02/2018 19:43

Mammy It can be patchy here.

Everybody loves rice crispy cakes Cag, cereals fortified so their practically a health food.

A very nice lady made me some with foil wrapped eggs or similar (I don’t think we had mini eggs in 1981) in when I was little but used all-bran. Very chewy. Chewier than you would think.

MeadowHay · 26/02/2018 19:45

I am in a virtually snow-free area of the country too. We had some showers of it today but it doesn't stick at all.

Mammy I hope you are ok and I hope the book helps Flowers

Fluffy You drink soy milk instead of dairy, right? Do you know if there's anywhere you can buy in bulk to make it cheaper?

Spends today was like a ridiculous £5.35 on a lemon tart and a coconut vanilla latte at Costa Shock. But it was my reward for managing my anxiety go to my midwife appt. £5 taxi there as well. Baby is just generally very uncooperative all the time, it took her absolutely ages to get a heart beat reading as every time she found it baby kept wriggling about into another position! But baby seems well. Told work my planned dates for mat leave now and gave in my MATB1 Shock. It does feel like things are getting a bit more real now Confused.

Em I hope you are ok with your poor hands. I have pretty bad eczema on my hands the last fortnight or so and that is bad enough, they are aching when I move them about at work typing and stuff cos the skin is so sore. I hate winter.

Fluffycloudland77 · 26/02/2018 19:46

Well that’s not very nice behaviour at all. “Street angel. House devil?”
