It has not been an nsd. £63 in boots on clarins. But I've come away with about £150 worth of products. Mostly for Dh for his birthday but loads of travel sized products for me for my holidays!

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/07/2016 12:59

ah thats awkward italian. the perfect pram will be out there but ther eis soo much choice.

need is away on holiday i also think.

i have just booked some pt sessions at the gym £40 for 2 initially but i really need to get my ass into gear not just for my physical health but for my mental health too. Looking at hotels for my friends wedding £85.

Tryingtosaveup · 26/07/2016 14:35

NSD again today, hurrah.
I am eating out of the fridge, freezer, cupboards and home grown stuff.
Fluffy, thanks for the info. The crack is all on the passenger side so perhaps I will wait a bit.
I rang GB energy and they worked out I will be 9p a month better off on the premium saver I am on. I was going to switch supplier and tried OVO energy but they quoted me £30 per month more. It's just electricity as I have oil central heating and a wood burner.
Hope North is ok.

ipsogenix · 26/07/2016 15:25

I'm very behind on reading so I hope all is well there. We went to see a pediatrician today and she says ds may be anaemic so we are on a beefburger and black pudding fest now. It's like the dream diagnosis for the blokes in this house. Also double rations of readybrek flapjacks. Smile

I hope all is pottering along well there.

SnugglySnerd · 26/07/2016 15:30

Spent £23.50 this afternoon on soft play, a toddler toilet seat and some next size up leggings for DD in the sale. DD seems to have dropped her nap, she is currently sitting on my lap wailing because she is so tired. I'm not enjoying the holidays very much so far, I realise that sounds awful but I'm shattered and just want a break for a few hours.

needastrongone · 26/07/2016 15:51

I'm still here Smile

I'm just in The Week Before You Go Away time. Working a lot more hours and then sorting the holiday.

We go Friday.

I am so not frugal you would boot me off the thread anyway...... bad need... bad need.

ItalianWiking84 · 26/07/2016 15:53

Trying; my uncle is a mechanic and he always advised me not to drive with a crack of a decent size due to risk of the window cracking complete and splint so just thought I would give that advice
Life; yeah all to much, and in Denmark kids sleeps outside so we need like a proper big pram so they tend to be expensive...
My parents wants dd tomorrow morning at 9 am and overnight so dh and me are planning movie date with dinner Grin dd is going to aquarium tomorrow and bird park Thursday, dd loves animals so she's going yo have a wonderful time

ItalianWiking84 · 26/07/2016 15:55

Need; we've spent approx 700£ on having bils last week including flight for both, food and stuff we did and I don't regret it, because it's gives so much back

needastrongone · 26/07/2016 16:15

I know Italian, most of the spending is holiday related. But not all. Or maybe I didn't need so much stuff that was new!

I also need to get back to planning food better as I am finding it too easy to pop to M&S.

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/07/2016 16:37

20£ between aldi and Iceland today.
Nsd tomorrow. No car but dh is going to cost £250. Plan to clear out attic and charity shop it. I plan boot sales but it's been nearly 2 years in the planning and is not going to happen so I need to face facts and chazzer it all

ItalianWiking84 · 26/07/2016 17:07

These are the prams I wanna go look at tomorrow

WreckTangled · 26/07/2016 17:25

I like the flowery one!

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/07/2016 17:35

there are nice italian. I wanted a big pram like that with mine but it was not practical with getting it and the dog in the boot of the car and going for dog walks i needed a cross country/ three wheeler one for walking. The white one wouldn't have stayed white either :)

WreckTangled · 26/07/2016 17:58

Just got a £75 m&s gift card from dh's life insurance policy. Didn't realise we were getting one! Going to save it for Christmas.

Cagliostro · 26/07/2016 18:30

I like the flowery one and the grey one (the white is pretty but... think of the dirt!)

Despite having a grocery delivery yesterday, I have no idea what to do for dinner. Blush

needastrongone · 26/07/2016 18:38

I don't like the flowery one, sorry. I LOVE the white one but agree re it being entirely unpractical, I really like the grey one. Smile

Tryingtosaveup · 26/07/2016 18:40

I like the dark greeny one.

SpaceKablooie · 26/07/2016 18:48

need, I keep buying things for our holiday too! I'm buying useful things that will stand us in good stead though. #excited

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/07/2016 19:01

Need you are in good, no frugal company. I've had to step away from the holiday spending.
£100 on wedding room. Tis ver posh..

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/07/2016 19:02

Between the three cashback sites I have £100 waiting. I will save it for Christmas or birthdays.

Fluffycloudland77 · 26/07/2016 19:09

I nearly had the £20 I needed for I love cashback to pay out and they went bump.

The rotters.

Loads of good stuff on checkoutsmart, shopmium and clicksnap.

SnugglySnerd · 26/07/2016 19:12

I like the flowery one too. The cream/white one would look grubby very quickly.
Tonight we are going to gather all the documents we need for our mortgage meeting and finally sort out camping for next week.

ItalianWiking84 · 26/07/2016 19:47

We need that size otherwise baby dd won't be able to sleep there until 3 years old. The white is leather but yeah do worry about if it stays white. Dh is not overly joyed about the flowery one but I like it

needastrongone · 26/07/2016 20:08

How are you feeling, lovely lifelongfrugaleer Flowers?

lifelongfrugaleer · 26/07/2016 20:41

Not to bad need. Better for being off work. I have got some jobs done and actually been back to the gym. Not really thinking about it too much tbh, the advantage of school holidays
