Just an update to say there will be no announcement from me today but I am keeping the situation under review and reserve the right to change my mind at any time.

My guts are choppy today -No more bacon, booze or processed crap for me (until tomorrow)

My announcement will be on the topic of my trip to see my inlaws in America. I am monitoring the situation closely and attempting to eliminate meaningless interventions about general flying nervousness and my annoying mother and to just "listen to the marriage".

I may make you wait several hours for the decision and will switch all radios and Alexas to play Swan Lake on endless loop whilst you wait, Soviet-style.

My announcement today is that I've eaten more condensed milk out of tins than I care to admit.

At least most of it went into the 3 batches of fudge but I purposely didn't scrape the tin out so I could eat what was left in each.

I want to go home and play with my cat.

I don't want to go to work tomorrow.

I wish I was pissed.

I'm going out for even more Baileys.
