PCR turnaround times?

Does anyone know how long PCR tests are coming back at the moment?

Earlier in week ours took 16 hours

Yesterday ours took 23 hours from time of test.

23 hours here as well. I was positive

Took mine Friday- still waiting

About 24 hours from a drive through yesterday.

Our recent ones were 18 hours.

Posted one back on Thursday and got the result this morning.

Posted two back on Friday and got one result this morning.

Drive thru in Wales was 14 hours

I’m still waiting for a result from Saturday

Mine took about 20 hours

Im still waiting for drive thru done Saturday lunchtime, in Kent.

DDs was within 12 hours last Thursday

Still waiting from Saturday afternoon.

70 hours end of last week

Drive through yesterday (London) took 15 hours

It was 15 hours for us last week on a few occasions. May have got longer as demand has gone up. Depends per area too.

So from a recent thread I was on it varies wildly from the best at 6 hours (with an on site processing unit) to over 50 hours 🤦🏻‍♀️

My daughters on Thursday morning took 23 hours - negative

Now waiting on other daughter (hopefully same bug) tested at 9.30 this morning.

Following Ds tested 9am.this morning need to catch a train tomorrow at 9am 😬

A lot of sites have on site labs, these have a faster turn around (we found around 12 hours) whilst others are taking up to 48 hours 😬

3 lots done at the same drive through place in the past week. First lot, 46 hours, second lot, 14 hours, third lot (this weekend just gone) 19 hours.

Just shy of 24 hours - results this morning.

I had one back in 10 hrs yesterday. Surrey area.

24 hours, drive through, still waiting.

Took a drive through test yesterday, results back in about 22 hours.

Still waiting from a test Saturday afternoon 4pm
