@CalmDownBoris72

We did them at 9:10 this morning and had an email with results at 13:10! So super quick turn around
Wow! This is the fastest I've heard of!
knobblykneesandturnedouttoes · 16/12/2021 14:20

We've done a few in the past week. Shortest time was 30 hours. Longest was 4 days .

BusMum79 · 16/12/2021 14:23

25 hours and counting here. Drive through test in SE London at 1pm yesterday for toddler. Was really difficult to get an appointment 🤞🤞🤞 for a result soon.

mary246 · 16/12/2021 14:31

It's so wildly different everywhere. Anyone in Sussex?

FergoMcFergFace · 16/12/2021 14:59

I had one at 9.30am yesterday and I've never seen it so busy. Had to queue in the car for 15 minutes. Still got the result at 9.25 this morning.

CalmDownBoris72 · 16/12/2021 20:32

This is why ours were so quick, hopefully something that’ll be nationwide soon.

cheapskatemum · 16/12/2021 20:38

Mine took 46 hours

peridito · 16/12/2021 20:41

72 hours here .
SE London .I could barely get the package into the priority pillar box .Seriously ,post was very visible through the slot .

I suppose it could have been an abundance of Xmas cards but I have never seen this in previous years .

shorttwoshot · 16/12/2021 20:44

I had a test yesterday at 11:30am and got the results through at 3pm today.

BusMum79 · 16/12/2021 20:44

31 hours for us in the end. A negative, phew (for now), although older kids’ teachers have gone down with it so back to the daily LFT waiting game. Exhausting!
Would be great if the same day results / mobile processing mentioned upthread takes off.

milkysmum · 16/12/2021 20:47

We went to the drive through last week and result were back in about 3 or 4 hours. Testers were on site though which is not always the case.

mary246 · 16/12/2021 20:57

Ours was 10.30 today and I'm really hoping to get the results back by tomorrow
morning so my little one can have her last day at school (providing it's negative). I'm constantly checking my emails in the hope
I'm a lucky one to get them back so quickly.

This is why they all need to be. So many more people would test if they knew they'd not lose
More than a few hours for negatives.

Whitewolf2 · 16/12/2021 21:13

We tested Tues 8am and had the results back 6pm same day, which was fantastic. We’re in Cambridgeshire.

AnotherMansCause · 16/12/2021 22:02

We sent ours off in the priority postbox about midday Tuesday, we're still waiting. Yorkshire.

wtftodo · 16/12/2021 22:18

I posted a test Monday; got the results today, Thursday

Unsure33 · 16/12/2021 22:52

Postal 36 hours after posting

SellFridges · 16/12/2021 22:58

Tested Tuesday at 3:30, results at about 1am this morning so roughly 36 hours. That’s been tha some the last three we’ve had to do. It had dipped to about 18 hours last summer.

mary246 · 17/12/2021 07:05

Still nothing here sadly Sad

Turtleoo · 17/12/2021 07:13

Two in my household earlier this week took 50 hours (herts). So frustrating

mary246 · 17/12/2021 07:20

Oh no!

Because they told me at the test centre I'd get them back this morning I'm feeling very impatient!
Especially as DD is totally well now and bouncing off the walls!

elvis4nuts · 17/12/2021 08:21

Nearly 24 hours and still waiting.....
Hopefully not much longer. Being stuck indoors with 2 under 2 is 😵‍💫😵‍💫😵‍💫

CeeceeBloomingdale · 17/12/2021 08:55
