How long did you feel rough for after Moderna booster? (No haters thanks)

Had it yesterday AM, felt ill in the night as expected, but despite paracetamol I still feel really awful.

How long did it last for you? Finding it hard with two under fives!

I know it’s better than covid etc so no lectures on that thanks as I am far from in the mood!

I was very tired for 24hrs after but that was it. I didn't feel ill. Sorry, probably not much help!

Having just had mine this afternoon I am watching with interest.

Booster 1045 Thursday, woken by child 0145 Friday, felt dreadful then and barely got back to sleep until 0400. Felt awful all day Friday, still tired but absolutely fine to function on Saturday, right as rain Sunday (apart from a sore arm, but only if I poke it!).

Had it Sunday and still feel ill now. I'm feeling worse rather than better though so I think it's possibly that ive picked up something else - great

About 24 hours (started feeling weird after about 12 hours I think).
Very queasy and spaced out (felt fine after the 1st 2 jabs!)

I had no side effects apart from sore arm. Not helpful to you of course but may be is for others who come on.

DH felt awful for 3 days a d was not himself for a week. I've not known anyone else to have a reaction lasting longer than a day or two.

I also had no side effects apart from a sore arm.

Lasted about one afternoon for me, but the effects were very mild in any case. Hope you’ll feel better very quickly.

I was fine. My arm hurt a bit.

Had mine Monday pm. Felt waves of sickness and very tired until today and very sore arm. Much better today.

Had mine this morning and thus far only a sore arm. Am expecting to feel ill overnight!

Feverish, thirsty, headache overnight. Nausea chills and headache this morning.
Felt ok since about 2pm so approx 24hrs

I only had a sore arm for a couple of days!

Had mine Friday, was wiped out all day Sat and have been off main meals and felt a bit nauseous since (have tested negativeLTF)

Ok on first day - the day I had it. Then 3 nights of night sweats. Didn’t feel great on second and third days but could still get on with doing stuff after popping some Paracetamol. By 4th day I was fine. Pain in armpit still there but subsiding now on day 5. Definitely more drawn out than the AZ after effects.

Had Moderna Monday am. Just starting to feel normal now after 36 hours of fever, headache and nausea. Didn’t notice anything with the AZs I had previously..

Had mine yesterday lunchtime. Felt horrible overnight and this morning. Feel fine now.

I had it on Saturday morning, felt awful until Monday evening when I tested positive! Was neg before , I felt worse after the booster than covid to begin with!

I didn’t react well to my first jab either, AZ.

36 hours or so for me. Bad all the next day, fine by the day after, except for a slightly sore arm.

Nothing for first 24 hrs, but then felt very tired for 48 hrs. That could have been due to a late night thought.

Felt very cold and shaky so popped paracetamol and went to bed, slept 10 hours and was ok the next day. Really sore arm though.

Both of mine, first 6 hours fine, next 36 hours like crap, shattered, sore and generally rubbish. After 48 hours back to normal.

Had moderna as a third primary dose (not the booster)as I am immunosuppressed. Had Pfizer for previous two vaccinations with no side effects at all! This time though I feel c* tired, headachey, heavy arm and chest feels raspy!! Hope it goes soon!

Only had a sore arm the next day.
