Kudos to the Austrians

In Vienna yesterday, a massive peaceful demonstration on an unimaginable scale took place to protest against mandatory vaccinations. People of all ages took to the streets. Mainstream British media, as usual, are misreporting their numbers at 44,000 - there were at least 6-7 times over that many people, if not more. Austrians are primarily peaceful law-abiding citizens, so hopefully it'll send a strong message to the world when they take to the streets like this.

Can’t be a cold. 7 people have died from it. Do people die from colds?
Yes, if it becomes pneumonia. That's how dad's best mate died (in his 80s). His wife got a cold, and few days later, that was that.

@bluetongue

Hmm, Sadiq Khan has said the vast majority of people in hospital in London are unvaccinated. This means you could be going into lockdown to protect the unvaccinated. How does everyone feel about that?

I don’t love the idea of compulsory vaccinations but I hate the idea of more lockdowns even more.

I thought more than 60% of us were vaxxed in London?
ArseInTheCoOpWindow · 18/12/2021 20:27

So do l. It’s their right not to have a vaccine, but my rights of being in miserable lockdown to keep them out of hospital don’t count

Who trumps who?

Big protests in London but media not really reporting.

Well, I’ve seen arseholes fighting police and that crank Piers Corbyn encouraging people to burn down the offices of MPs. I’d say that’s been well reported.

Ah so same rent a mob who turn up to any protest but what about real protesters.

Not the media "blackout" claims again - have linked multiple sources on another thread when someone said this

No, they didn’t turn up to all the anti-brexit marches. There were no problems on those, and they were absolutely huge. It’s the same far right headbangers who turn up to every Covid protest though. Every one, getting pissed up and trying to fight the police. Scum.
Againstmachine · 18/12/2021 21:26

All the report tend to be negative funny that.

That’s because the protesters on these Covid marches tend to be cunts. Unless the right and left wing press have united for the first time ever to portray these poor cranks in a bad light?
Againstmachine · 18/12/2021 21:40

Nope the ones who criticized them tend to be cunts. You don't even understand what they are protesting about

And yet they’re the ones attacking the police. As usual. A collection of cranks, the deluded, the thick, conspiracy theorists, and the plain nasty and violent. What a shower of shit they are.
