Home test turn around time?

Anyone done one recently, how long until you got the results? Did one Monday posted for the 530pm pick up that evening. Still waiting. We are in southeast !

I’ve just phoned and they’ve had to do the same!

Did you not keep the book? Is there no way they can trace it with your order number?

I posted DS’s PCR yesterday afternoon, about 4pm and the tracking says it was delivered about 11pm last night to Gatwick. Just got the results back so not a bad turnaround time.

I hope it’s not lost I just don’t want to have to do another one and it be postive then I would obviously have to isolate longer wouldn’t I as it would be counting from the 2nd pcr 😩

I found it! But it’s not been 72 hours so they won’t help.

I did one - posted Sunday morning 11am pick up and results came in 11:01 Monday morning. South east.

I also didn't keep the barcode and don't fancy digging through the bins. The woman I spoke to on 119 was particularly arsey with me. I hung up in the end.
Posted for collection 5.30pm Tuesday and no sign of results. I've ordered another set to be posted. All lateral flows are positive for both me and DS but work are insisting on seeing a PCR result.
Bet the first lot of results come when the new tests are here. Then track and trace will start bothering me!

@Bebeschitt I sent mine 12pm on Tuesday! Stil nothing it’s for my ds who we know is positive any way. But imagine how many people who have done it as a close contact out with Covid while they wait 4 days for he results.
How are you feeling? Assuming we will all get it. (2 of our kids do so far).

DS is ok but I feel like a bag of arse. Strange headache, no taste, body aches, incredibly tired.
@ScottishTinydancer321 I was thinking that earlier. Someone I work with tested and got theirs back that evening. Negative thank goodness. I have no choice but to do the postal ones though.

Oh fgs. We haven't got results yet and I'm missing work waiting for my daughter's results. I am south west too and ours havent arrived and i want to know for tomorrow's work. I'm letting so many people down.

My results came three at midnight! Least not lost lol

Oh sorry to hear that! How frustrating!

I posted mine back on Tuesday and still waiting. Stuck at home with a 3yo and a 1yo not knowing if we can go out or not. We are East Anglia.

That's after the first set of PCR tests they sent me were missing half the kit so were completely unusable

@DCINightingale we could be the same area mine was delivered to Chelmsford. Well my sons.
So you should get them a bit later. Ours they also receive Tuesday nights (checked the tracking number).
We knew my sons would be positive but school wanted to know numbers as it’s rife a d needed to reinstate bubbles.
