Can anyone tell me why it's ok for people to go clubbing and spread this disease but it's not ok for hundreds of thousands of children who aren't infected to go to school this week - what did our children do to deserve this kind of contempt for their existence. I'm not going to get into a discussion about how 'badly' various nations do it, but Britain clearly isn't the only country in Europe with a binge drinking culture. It's very much part of the culture in much of northern and eastern Europe.
