DH double jab but pinged…..what to do?

App is asking him to self isolate for 8 days.

I know this has been done to death but it’s stressing me / us out as got so many plans I’ve the next week and can’t work out whether that’s a reason to comply or not comply!!

OP, my friend and his 4 mates, all double jabbed, caught Covid last week after going to the pub for an England match.
