How long for PCR results?

How long are people currently waiting for results? Test was at walk through site at 5pm Tuesday- hoping it won't be 2-3 days they said!
In an area of high infection and rapid increase!

Got the negative at midday today so about 28 hours.

How long did they take op? We've had a mix bag. We've had 3 days, 1.5 days, 23 hours and 11 hours (11 hours this week and very surprised). It seems that areas with high rates are coming back pretty quick despite the amount of people having tests. I guess it's because they need to get results back ASAP so the right contacts/bubbles etc can isolate etc.

Waiting on them for Ds. He’s a contact. Did lfts on him but School want a negative pcr before going back. Did the drive through this morning at 8am, hoping they are back tomorrow early as possible.

Last time (about 6 weeks ago) they were back by now.

dd2 had her end of isolation pcr yesterday for school. Test at 10 results at 4 this morning.

Just had a negative result through (thank fuck).

Had our test at 9.30am and then results that night just after midnight. We're in the South West.

Well that was quick.
A negative test that took 11hts to get back
Taken at 8am and returned at 7pm this evening.

Tested at 11:30 yesterday morning, still nothing. SE area of enhanced support.
In the meantime person who tested has been told they are a close contact and have to self isolate til next weekend 😞
