@Nerdygirl

Haha whatever . What i see is akin to exclusivisim, xenophobic with the in group and the out group concept and a refusal to believe that anyway other than one way is not to be tolerated ! Traits I am seeing a lot from posters on here .
I think you need to Google the meaning of xenophobic! Then look at some of the photos of signs posted on this thread. You will see a fair bit of it.
chickenyhead · 30/05/2021 13:31

There were undoubtedly thousands of loonies there, using their freedoms to march about freedom.

This is ok, they can believe whatever they want to. Raise their children to be the next generation people eye roll at. Democracy allows this. Rejoice in having the rights not to do so, or do so. Whatever.

vera99 · 30/05/2021 13:33

If we lockdown again they will surely have to bring the army in. That march was pretty huge yesterday.

Except the majority of the country have supported lockdown throughout. I’d be interested to see the army ‘ bought in’ to deal with all the people complying with lockdownHmm
No no no. Have you not read the last few pages on here. There were only a few hundred. The BBC and Daily Fail said so!!

Brought in even.

Parker231 · 30/05/2021 13:40

What was the marsh about?

TruelyStruttingHotpants · 30/05/2021 13:42

They had a nice day out in the sunshine. Fee they have done their bit to stick two fingers up at the government. I have no problem with that.

The lack of imagination, creativity and work to make the signs is obviously an issue.

A minority that are racist, spreading fake information or stopping the general public going about their work or leisure. That is unforgivable.

Over all though I would like to thank this thread and posters of all sorts. You gave me a good giggle yesterday. Which in the current climate is not something to take lightly. I shall look forwards to the next protest and thread❤

Oh and if you haven't clicked on the link about cockroach traits it is very worth doing. Just probably wait a bit if you have just eatenGrin
No Vera there were only 3 people there, one was a member of the BNP, one of them just ran round assaulting police officers and the last one was a huge anti semite. This is all 100 pc true 🤣🤣🤣
Baluchistan95 · 30/05/2021 13:47

I'm guessing Legoninjago1 must be feeling really silly now after posting that there were only hundreds at the protest yesterday. The short video clip someone posted on here clearly shows that his/her statement is laughable. I didn't come on here for a bun fight. Indeed, I genuinely wanted to know who was attending yesterday's march. Moreover, I was careful to post it under the coronavirus heading only. However, In some way, I'm glad that I got the response, I did as responses like Legoninjago1 clearly show how the MSM and government behavioural scientists have done a good job on the unsuspecting public. WAKE UP, PEOPLE.

SAGE has already discussed this last year. It would be protests on multiple fronts for different causes and no doubt widespread non-compliance with infection control measures.

chickenyhead · 30/05/2021 13:54

So you are quoting from the very government who would control you...

Iloveasda1000 · 30/05/2021 13:56

Sage can shove it up their arse
Sage are unelected. Unelected!
Many Sage members have conflicts of interests as they have links with the pharmaceutical sector.
One Sage member is a paid up member of the fucking communist party.
You could not make this stuff up. It's fucking criminal what is going on here.

chickenyhead · 30/05/2021 13:57

See

Gosh yes. Very silly. The YouTube clip of the chap in the pub has me convinced! Look - be it hundreds, thousands or tens of thousands - I support your right to protest about whatever you like. I'm just happy the vast majority of the country of being vaccinated so that my family's lives - and yours - can go back to normal and our country can begin to recover.
vera99 · 30/05/2021 14:01

I support SAGE for the record I'm not a FREDOMMMM person...

Legoninjago1 · 30/05/2021 14:04

And for the record, my problem is anti vaxxers and racists. Patently not necessarily the same people. Can't abide either.

The Hitler & holocaust stickers and people wearing yellow stars photos all posted on this thread. Plus this sign.

What the fuck is wrong with you. Why do you think this funny! 6 million people dead in the holocaust.

Freedom march today.

Sorry, the comment was in anticipation of the likely responses. Not you.
HazeyJaneII · 30/05/2021 14:11

STOP SHOUTING AT US TO WAKE UP!!!

Parker231 · 30/05/2021 14:25

@Baluchistan95 - what am I to wake up for? What is happening that I don’t know about?

Fair enough. I too have little time for anti-vaxxers and racists, I am neither. I am anti experimental, still on trial, emergency uses medical procedures though. Perhaps think before you post though. You must admit that your claim that only hundreds attended yesterday's protest did make you look silly. It's interesting that you choose to focus on one chap in the pub and not the thousands marching. Cognitive dissonance indeed!!

@Baluchistan95 can you explain what you understand by the phrase 'stage 4 clinical trial', which is what the Covid vaccines are currently in, and why this is concerning to you?

Legoninjago1 · 30/05/2021 14:41

I'm never going to agree with you OP and I feel silly every day for one reason or another but not for this Smile
