Would you call the police if neighbours had family round?

Just wondering if people will still call the police if next door had more than 2 households not in the garden?

No of course not

Strangekindofwoman · 04/04/2021 09:04

No.

PinkertonRab · 04/04/2021 09:04

Nope

Gizlotsmum · 04/04/2021 09:05

I wouldn’t but I probably wouldn’t notice and probably wouldn’t have at any point in the past year.

joanna67 · 04/04/2021 09:05

No.

Sparklingbrook · 04/04/2021 09:05

No. Did people really do this before? Stop curtain twitching and eat your Easter eggs. Grin

notacooldad · 04/04/2021 09:06

No.

catvonbat · 04/04/2021 09:06

Nope.

Bluntness100 · 04/04/2021 09:06

No of course not. But I’d not have done it in full lock down either. It would have to be fairly bad before I called the police on my neighbours.

Onlinedilema · 04/04/2021 09:06

No

User5747384 · 04/04/2021 09:06

No

Athinginitself · 04/04/2021 09:06

No. That's ridiculous. I'm very much following the rules but it's not my business what other people are doing.

User133847 · 04/04/2021 09:07

Not now. I always accepted that once you got to Easter with better weather (and tipped the 12 month mark of the first lockdown) compliance would fade.

TwittleBee · 04/04/2021 09:07

How do you know they're more than 2 households? Could be bubbles too etc

Aroundtheworldin80moves · 04/04/2021 09:07

No.
Full on party, with loud music etc maybe. But a few people? No. Plus with all the various support bubbles allowed, you never know what is legitimate or not.

Waxonwaxoff0 · 04/04/2021 09:08

Absolutely not, at no point during this pandemic would I ever have called the police for anything.

The people whose garden backs onto mine have had people round in the garden loads of times.

HadEnoughOfBears · 04/04/2021 09:08

Absolutely not.

Did someone report you?

musicalfrog · 04/04/2021 09:08

No. I'm happy to see people starting to enjoy their friends and family again.

ArtemisiaGentle · 04/04/2021 09:09

No.

Sparklingbrook · 04/04/2021 09:09

Oh is this a reverse?

Disfordarkchocolate · 04/04/2021 09:09

I'd have had to call then about 3 times a week for months.

MrsTophamHat · 04/04/2021 09:09

Absolutely not, and I never would have at any time during the pandemic.

BlowDryRat · 04/04/2021 09:09

No and there's been no point during this whole thing where I would have done so. I don't fancy living in a police state, thanks.

nanbread · 04/04/2021 09:09

Our neighbours (well their adult children) have had people round inside this year, they occasionally have their boyfriends or one or two friends over. I notice because I can see and hear them, haha.

I can't get even slightly annoyed by it. They're not having massive parties and they're in their early 20s - it must be absolutely miserable for them.

SaltedCaramelIcedLatte · 04/04/2021 09:10

No and I probably wouldn't even notice
