Did he have covid twice? I remember he had covid before lockdown started, in mid-March. I don’t remember the travel restrictions being in place then.
Don't be ridiculous, you know perfectly well it's never ever been legal to travel to another country while you are actively quarantining with Covid. Even if it had been technically legal, how on earth is it moral or ethical to travel when you know you are actively infectious?? If anyone else travelled while infectious they'd get their arse handed to them. God some people will do and say literally anything to defend the Sainted Royals. Anyway you must have a poor memory. Charles travelled to Scotland after Nicola Sturgeon explicitly said that no one should travel to second homes in Scotland even if they are healthy and not quarantining. For someone to move themselves and their entire staff while actively unwell is beyond the pale!
Charles tested positive in Scotland. He didn't move after getting tested.
But he was already unwell and self-isolating due to proven exposure and being symptomatic before he travelled.
On 10th March Charles attended a dinner seated directly opposite Prince Albert of Monaco. Albert then tested positive for Covid. Charles started self-isolating due to exposure to Covid. After three days of self-isolating he travelled from Clarence House in London, to Highgrove, because it would be more comfortable to self-isolate there. While he was self-isolating at Highgrove he started to develop symptoms of Covid. After becoming ill he travelled to Scotland, where he finally took a test, which was positive.
Who cares when he took the test, that's completely irrelevant. He knew he'd been exposed to Covid, knew he was unwell, took it seriously enough to self-isolate, yet moved household twice and travelled to a country where the leader had said no one should travel!
Charles also travelled to Kuwait last October and did not have to quarantine afterwards.
