It has come to a point /coming to a point soon where we now have to learn to live with covid thanks to fab vaccination programme.
All this talk of schools not being ' safe '
They absolutely are safe for the majority of children/teachers.
Cars are not ' safe ' but a lot of people get them in them every day .

We can not carry on like this forever .
We have to live.
Our children need to go back to school.
We need to have a running economy for our kids future.

Lockdown was to stop the NHS totally collapsing. Not for people to ' stay safe ' and not to stop people getting this infection all together

I haven't read any of the thread just the OP and I agree. My DD is a Primary School Teacher and is pregnant, I would want her to teach from home but she is really glad to be back in the classroom as are all her wee pupils who need to be back. She is in Scotland. My son, a time served Machinist was made redundant from his job of 6 years due to Covid and the downturn in the Oil Industry. He is struggling to find another job doing anything because nothing is happening! There are literally no jobs. He is doing IT Courses for now. I am so fucking sick of Nicola Fucking Sturgeon holding the whole of Scotland hostage by not opening things. Hairdressers don't spread Covid.
