Can anyone quickly sum up what the EU dispute all about?

I’ve been so busy recently with wfh, homeschooling 2 primary kids and looking after a baby etc that I’ve not been keep up to date with the news. What’s the dispute over the vaccines and EU all about? Is there an obstacle for us getting the Oxford vaccine into the county now? If so why?

Interesting thanks. I read that the 5.1 comes first and says all Europe.
Para 5.4 clears up what the legal definition of what “Europe” means
But then as you say there is a weird “for which this alone (ie this para) mean EU+UK
So it’s unclear which one is the overriding one
As you say, the lawyers are going to have a very merry Xmas this year!

It's really difficult. Could mean one thing, could mean another.

If you then go into schedule A there's a list of manufacturing sites, all redacted apart from the countries. It includes UK sites. But so much is redacted that it could easily read, "UK sites will not come onstream until after the delivery of the initial doses" or "Production from UK sites will be prioritized to fulfill this contract" or even, "The product will be distributed from these sites by a fleet of gold-plated limousines". Just not enough unredacted to tell.
