Still no email about the Christmas slots.

My delivery drivers are always lovely and observe distancing, I think they are the only human beings still working there. The rest, including customer services, seem to be bots.

I had problems getting on the website earlier to update my order for tomorrow

I went on app to update and got offered a free bar of Tony's chocolate worth £3.49. Check out the app if you’ve got an order due

I got offered free Kitkats the other day, but I’d sooner have Tony’s chocolate.

I love a kitkat but from what you say I’m thinking a Tony's chocolate must be good. At £3.49 a bar I’m hoping so

I found an old Xmas receipt today and tried to amend my Christmas order to be close to it. I've ended up putting in a separate Xmas Waitrose order

Thank you for the tip about Tony's chocolate. I was offered M&S party food in flash sale tonight.

My drivers have always been lovely, as were customer services if I PM'd them on Facebook or Twitter. Was it just all the Hatfield call centre staff that are facing redundancy or relocation miles away?

@AdaColeman I didn't get the email but the free choc was there at checkout. Just need to edit your order and then check out again (hopefully)

Glad my tip helped people get free chocolate before it runs out

I got my e-mail for the offer 2 hours after it had been delivered and I’d sampled —most— some of the chocolate. Don’t be waiting for the mail

@JennyWreny thanks for the heads up! I’d updated an order earlier today with no sign of chocolate, but just gone back to add another item now and, hey presto, chocolate!
I’ve been meaning to try that brand too, as it’s often praised on here!

I don't know Tony, or his chocolate, but I hope he has enough bars for us!

I got my my bar of Tonys for my shop on the 27th. And that is the only slot available to me, and I’m using it for the elderly lady next door. AIBU to keep the chocolate?!!! (To be fair, I pay for the smart pass! And let her have the monthly slot we are given) Luckily I have got a Waitrose slot for us next week, and for the 2 after that. See Ocado? Treat your customers badly and that’s £150 a week going to your competitors.

I got one too but as I think it is awful (like gnawing on a block of wax) the DCs can have it

I just amended my order for next week and I was offered a choice of freebies including BEER - I chose the beer over the chocolate 😊

I'm stashing my Tony's choc for DC's stockings, they are very retro/wonka. Kids will love!

Never got a toblerone but was pleasantly surprised when i edited this week's shop that'd been booked for two weeks, to find the free Tonys at checkout! Have booked another slot for 2 weeks' time and there was a different selection of Tony choc to choose from - hoping I get bars with both deliveries!
