Nightingale schools

In the same way they knocked up all those hospitals in next to no time, why can’t they do the same with schools?
Genuine question, apologies if it’s has already been discussed

It would never occur to me to start offering my opinions as to how workplaces I have zero knowledge of, should start opening up.
Why do people think they can do so for schools? Surely the people who, you know, actually work in the field should know better what wouldn't work? Why is that being negative?
