Might run through ds toilet schedule.....see if thats a sign of symptoms.

8.02am ds gets up and has a wee. I am concerned it wasnt a very long one. I will start timing them.

And so on

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 20/05/2020 10:39

I'm at work too. Got blisters from sharpening pencils. Definitely earning my TA money GrinGrin

Peggy
Give Trev a diary of your activities and symptoms:

'8.03 - Ate branflakes - slight taste of dust and cardboard
8.10 - Put on neon loon pants - no taste
8.20 - Sat alone in office - couldnt hear anything other than rattling of keyboard when I typed

Do you think these could be symptoms?'

Peggysgettingcrazy · 20/05/2020 11:29

I used to oove sharpening pencils!

Especially if it was of those big sharpeners that catch the shavings.

GnomeDePlume he is calling me back. I might start saying things like that.

'Its odd because I can here people speaking......but only when the TV is on...is that bad?'

GnomeDePlume · 20/05/2020 11:56

Peggy you could get all earnest:

'Trev, I think I am suffering with sensory hallucinations, I can hear voices and All Bran tastes of dust'

CrowCat · 20/05/2020 14:11

Massive kill count. I am sat in the city centre with a takeaway coffee and it's busy as hell. I feel normal!!

Peggysgettingcrazy · 20/05/2020 16:40

Well I have been for my test. Which was foul.

Trev emailed to say he is calling shortly. He seems very concerned for me 'emotional and physical well being

Fun evening for me. But a disappointingly low kill count Sad

Willow2017 · 20/05/2020 17:05

Peggy wtf? Is he a psychiatrist too? Thats just too weird he is trying to get inside your head for his own ego! Let him ramble on then tell him TGTTFSOFTFOSM😉

Peggysgettingcrazy · 20/05/2020 17:19

he thinks he is.

He often thinks he is

The MD
The H&S director
My boss
Everyone's best friend
Everyone's worst nightmare
A shoulder to cry on
My mentor
An expert on the whole company, depsite only being there 4 weeks before this all kicked off.

At least he provides us entertainment

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 20/05/2020 20:36

Jack of all trades and good at none eh? Basically a busy body , good at looking busy but doing fuck all and annoying everyone. He's not short as well by any chance is he?

Had a great day at work today! Feeling quite confident and optimistic now about going back and my team is great. We'll see how it goes when the kids are actually in.

Evening all bends at the knees in policeperson fashion now whats all this then? A gathering of rebel rousers? Its NOT ALLOWED!

Trev sounds like someone i worked with lazy ignorant lying self important gobshite. And that were her good points!🤣🤣

Good day at work walked miles doung shopping!

Watching Merlin and lusting after 'my Tony' 😄

Glad things are looking positive Princess fingers crossed.

Willow2017 · 20/05/2020 21:15

Stupid auto correct those not that!!!

Peggysgettingcrazy · 20/05/2020 22:12

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock bang on. No one appears to know what his actual job is.

The phone call lasted an hour. He seems almost excited by my long list of mild ailments. He is goinf to start recording and tracking employee symptoms....see if he can see any patterns. Cause, you know, trev tracking 1000 people will give so much more information the PHE or the NHS could find.

ANOTHER thing you're not allowed to do in your garden! Talk on the phone for work.
What fresh hell is this?

Trev sounds like someone i worked with lazy ignorant lying self important gobshite.

Unfortunately, I don't think Trev is unique. I think most work places have at least one. Total twats!

Dont forget gossip spreading

Yes, almost every workplace has one

I say almost because I did once work somewhere where there wasnt one. It was the most harmonious of places. Sadly it was decided that it would be so much better if our work was transferred to a consultancy company. Cos, you know, huge complex process implementation projects are always so much better done by people who dont understand the processes.

Peggysgettingcrazy · 21/05/2020 06:54

Dont forgetgossip spreading

Definitely. My kids were in quarentine after travelling with their dad in March. I had to go to another office, with some cheques for a meeting with other colleagues.

He told everyone I wasn't in the office, because I had booked the day off to go secretly see the kids.

I did have sympathy for him. But he is a sneaky son of bitch. No sympathy left.

maggienolia · 21/05/2020 07:59

Well, definite kill day yesterday....went to local tip and sat in a massive queue of, oh, two cars.
We then decluttered DD2s room and will now need a return visit.
Next door had grandson visit, loudly declared that he gave up work before the pandemic started "cos you could die if you go to work".
Then complaining his lips felt dry.
Took all my self control not to reply it was probably because he had spent the last ten minutes talking out of his arse.

I am definitely getting more grumpy.

Willow2017 · 21/05/2020 09:07

He told everyone I wasn't in the office, because I had booked the day off to go secretly see the kids.
Hope you pulled him up on that in front of everyone and told him to stop lying about you or you would be having words with HR Nasty little git.

Ooh am aching this morning😀 all that walking and pushing trolleys yesterday! Off for blood test soon what fun i have to wait outside HC till appoint time to be called in! Was gonna drag ds2 out for a walk on beach/cliffs but blooming cold this morning after being roasting last pm. If it clears up later might go then. Its so busy i might see someone walking thier dog! Quelle Horreur!!!

Maggienolia wish our local skip was open! Took bottles to bottle bank at work yesterday. Some dipshit in big range rover flatback thing reversed to within 3 feet of me standing putting my bottles in, got out and proceeded to empty his ton on bottles 2 feet away from me. Tosser couldnt wait 5 minutes for me to finish.

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 21/05/2020 09:56

Morning misfits!

The sun is glorious today so I've decided we're having an inset day today. Hoping for some colour on my legs and be a bit less "beacon in the dark".

DD's school sent the going back letter and thank fuck she's a going as a keyworker child, otherwise their time table would make it impossible to work. About 4 hours on the "full" days and 2h and a half on a Friday. I doubt a lot of people will bother sending them in for that. Seems like a lot of hassle.

GnomeDePlume · 21/05/2020 10:14

Peggy He is going to start recording and tracking employee symptoms....

So he is going to be requesting/demanding personal medical information from colleagues!

Has he no sense of privacy? What happens if people dont want to give him their symptoms? He is a whole pile of trouble waiting to happen.

You could start the grievance procedure now:

Colleague 1 'Trev demanded personal medical information with no attention to GDPR requirements'
Colleague 2 'Trev demanded personal medical information with no attention to GDPR requirements'
Colleague 3 'Trev demanded personal medical information with no attention to GDPR requirements'

Willow2017 · 21/05/2020 10:25

Ouch bloody needle hit a nerve! Never happened before. Bloody sore it was too.

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 21/05/2020 10:58

Just a general blood test Willow or you have something going on?

OP posts:
GnomeDePlume · 21/05/2020 10:59

Willow2017 ouch indeed, I have a lot of blood tests and have never had that happen.

Willow2017 · 21/05/2020 11:36

Princess I have ITP (immune thrombocytopenia) so need regular blood tests to check my platelets levels and see if meds are working. Didnt bleed like a stuck pig today, no bruises, so fingers crossed.😉

PrincessConsueIaBananaHammock · 21/05/2020 12:35

Fingers and toes crosses for you, hope it's all good.

HA wankers came in cut some bushes at the back to provide access to gas meters. Fair enough but 1.it's our land and we had no notice or anything and 2. It leaves our garden entirely exposed. Anyone can just go through the hole and walk right in it . Idiots!
