Just seen this has been reactivated.
Definitely nothing like Lockdown I around here.
No gendarme patrols, no roadblocks, lots of people not wearing masks, no distancing in supermarkets... In light of that, I, too, have gone all mega rebel and started cycling along a totally deserted country lane beyond the 1km perimeter. 
The Conseil d'UFR at my university are the most batshit crazy optimists ever, and only accepted last Friday that we couldn't do exams onsite (13k students? no problem), so now they are scrabbling to work out how to do them online without mass cheating and/or the system crashing. 13k is only my UFR: there are 70k altogether, so logging on during a 2wk exam period and doing time-limited exercises should be a doddle.
If they'd been realistic and agreed, as lots of us said, that we needed to plan ahead a couple of months ago, it would perhaps have been less of a huge shitshow.
