I’ve just ordered 2kg, yes 2kg of sweets from Amazon!

Usually I might grab a bag of sweets when I pop to the shops or fill the car up.
I’ve not eaten any sweets since mid March and so I’ve just ordered a mahoosive bulk bag of Chewy Sweets from Amazon.
What is wrong with me!
They are due to arrive on Friday, what’s the betting that they will be gone by Monday.......
We are a family of two.

Has anyone else ordered something that you would never ever ordinarily order?

I did this! 1kg though as wasn't sure how much that was and it came to £8 with shipping so was happy with that. 12 weeks pregnant and craving candy and it's hit the spot. It arrived today! So happy.

Yes sure - legal disclaimers from the company you are buying your 50kg of sweets from distancing themselves entirely from the product. Very factual information backed up with press articles.

I’m done, just try not to buy shit from places where you don’t know the provenance/can’t trust the rigorous tests suppliers usually go through....it’s really simple. Possibly what a previous poster was alluding to.

Hehe!! I've found my people! I ordered 2kg of sour fizzy sweets from Amazon and they arrived last Friday and I live alone!!

I've been giving the odd one to the dog which is hilarious because he spits it out, chews it, spits it out, chews it, all with an utter look of disgust on his face!

Very jealous of all of the sweet deliveries. I’m trying to lose my last remaining 5 pounds so am being quite strict at the moment.

There are allegedly various sweet shops/bakeries in the mall near us offering deliveries. Could be dangerous.

I tasted vanilla Ice cream flavour Chewits for the first time yesterday and life seems worth living again.

I've signed up for subscribe and save kitchen roll on amazon! Total whim, not a panic buy, just saw the deal and thought, that's quite cheap and now I'll ever run out! I've also ordered a new bread bin on another total whim, which isn't being delivered till June apparently! That was from Dunelm so don't know if they're just covering their back with a long delivery time!

DH has ordered some a large amount (more than a dozen) bars of 85%Lindt chocolate. From Lindt, not amazon.

He also on occasion orders rat poison. From a vermin control company.

They're really not at all hard to tell apart.
If the 'sweets' are bright blue rectangular blocks don't eat them.

Some people need to lighten up. I have a friend like this. Turns her nose up at anyone eating sweets or drinking pop. Gets on her moral high horse. What she fails to realize that her habit of drinking a bottle of wine every night doesn't exactly make her healthy. I'm sure a few sweets watching a film isn't no wear near doing the damage the wine does .
