If you buy sleeper earrings with hinges you can leave them in almost permanantly. They're incredibly comfortable. DD and I swapped to these the first day of lockdown and have worn no other jewellery since. I have a wardrobe of earrings that I simply can't be arsed to wear, though occasionally I confuse my colleagues by wearing lipstick for conference calls, something I rarely do in normal life.

No makeup, no nail polish, not bothering with hair other than clean will do, living in sweats. It's a refreshing break from making sure I present well.

I've had sleeper earrings for about 10 years. They're so pretty and convenient, especially with young children.
